Poor dispenser design

Low rating because the water dispenser design is extremely poor. There is no tray to catch the water so as it drips a few times after using it, it drips down the front of the fridge and stains a line all the way down. Have had to use CLR every couple months to clean it. I am so frustrated by this thing.

After the initial delivery, a replacement delivery was necessary becaue the doors are uneven in both refrigerators. Additionally, ice from the ice maker falls on the floor or is retained in a "too small" recepticle and overflows, runs down the door and onto the floor.

Like the Whirlpool's non smudge SS finish, but poor lighting inside both fridge and freezer, lack of functional space due to nonadjustable shelving and a door that keeps swinging open despite adjustments made. Still miss our LG's ergonomic design, functionality, lighting and space in freezer and fridge and doors.
