Great size and capacity. Able to arrange items much better than my previous one. The lock button on the ice maker keeps unwanted little ones from unnecessary spills. Makes a little noise when ice maker is refilling, but not a deal breaker. I am very pleased thus far with my purchase.

Replaced my 15 yr old Whirlpool refrigerator with this one. Pros: Like the fingerprint resistant stainless steel, good depth, cools/freezes well. Cons: It took 12 hours for the 1st bacth of ice to drop and almost a week for the ice maker to fill (with basic usage); the water dispenser is just above the ice dispenser so we are constantly shooting out water when trying to get ice; also, the water does not dispense cold; the shelves are not adjustable but the door storage can be adjusted. Overall satisfied.

The refrigerator and freezer are large enough. It makes a constant noise. Everything works well except the ice maker. Sometimes the ice gets stuck and doesn't come out or there's not much ice at one time so I have to reach in to the freezer and take it out.

The interior of the frig gets steamed up each time you open the door. The door dented slightly the first time it was opened when it bumped the adjacent wall. The water dispenser drips water down the face of the door if you remove the glass too quickly or if you lightly touch the water dispenser when getting ice. It should be set back about 1/2 inch more in the door to prevent this from happening. There should be more adjustment positions for the shelves to accommodate taller items. In general the unit does keep refrigerated items cool and the freezer keeps them frozen.

This is the best fridge I have ever had. I love the amount of space it has and how bright the inside is. It’s beautiful And elegant.

Our old refrigerator broke down. We needed a new one that was 69 7/8 inches or less because of our existing cabinets. This one fits and the refrigerator and freezer are fine. My main complaint is the ice maker is completely different than the one in the model on the showroom floor. It produces ice slowly and doesn’t seem to have an overflow bar that will shut it off if it gets too full.

I purchased this product from Best Buy recently, and it has performed exactly as advertised so far. The setup was straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. In daily use, the performance has been consistent, with no glitches or slowdowns, and the features match what was described online and in-store. For the price, the value is very strong compared to similar options. ​

WE REALLY LIKE IT... LOOKS good, easy to clean and just right. we did not want to buy huge one, as it may not fit in our next home. Best Buy was really prompt and professional in deliver and took the old one too. we also bought a new gfreezer for our garage and a new smaller fridge for our garage because they were super super old.

We’ve had the refrigerator for a few weeks and so far it’s been working great. It’s attractive, cools and freezes everything perfectly and I like it. Just 2 things I don’t like. Number one is how loud it is. Not unbearable but something to consider if you have an open concept home and can hear the ice dropping at 3am. Number two is how messy it is when dispensing ice. You get small ice shavings flying all over the place. Not terrible but if you’re someone like me who has to wipe things down often then keep it in mind. But other then those small things I like it and would recommend.

I wish there was a very good rating. This refrigerator is better than good, but not excellent, so very good. It is perfect for a medium size family. The storage compartments are spacious for freezing and chilling items. The ice dispenser is great, especially needed for hot weather climates. The stainless steel also pops in a kitchen with its modern look, so it's quite appealing center piece.

We replaced an old LG fridge that died just after going out of warranty due to a compressor failure. This new Whirlpool was available at a fantastic price, fit even better than our old fridge and has worked like a charm. The reviews for Whirlpool put it as one of the most reliable fridge brands in the market and Best Buy's deliver and haul away service was fantastic!

This refrigerator makes noises several times a day when the engine kicks on. Last for about 30-40 seconds. It is annoying. I was tempted to call and return it for another. However, I thought the whole process of shopping and buying another and getting this taken back and a new one installed was too much bother. So, I kept it. The price was good and it works really well. Looks good. Fits in the space available. But that noisy engine. I gave it average quality because of the noise. I can't recommend it.

This is a great fridge! The size is perfect and shelf and drawer placement are excellent. The temp controls are great. The crisper keeps produce fresh for more than a week or longer for some things. The black fingerprint stainless steel looks great and doesn’t show finger prints which is awesome. This goes with black and regular stainless steel appliances and we will be replacing our other appliances with this finish because we love it so much more than regular stainless steel. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is the water/ice dispenser set up. When getting ice it’s easy to push the water because the water is in front of the ice/the ice is behind the water dispenser. As long as you pay attention all is good. We’ll see if this lasts but so far so good and you can’t beat the price.

I love it -EXCEPT - for how noisy it is! The noise is constant, it only stops when you open the door. I don’t know if it’s the compressor, or not- but it’s driving me crazy. It is a constant humming sound similar to a range hood or bathroom fan running; it’s so annoying. Otherwise, great purchase- it’s attractive, it makes ice quickly (no problem with the ice maker), the temperature of the fridge and freezer are maintained perfectly and it has wonderful shelf and door storage. I really love it- but just can’t tolerate the noise.

This is a very good fridge . It is as beautiful to look at as it is spacious.

Overall this is a great fridge. It has plenty of space inside, and my wife likes the light and the smaller ice cubes. The look is stainless, but you can still put magnets on the doors for photos, notes, whatever. Although the shelves are not adjustable like the old one we had its not a big deal. I don't think we ever changed them. The only negative is the deli drawer - it doesn't slide easily. The other drawers slide fine, so I don't understand why this one doesn't. This was an emergency purchase because we came home from vacation to a dead fridge and a mess in the freezer compartment. Needed a model that was not too deep because of a doorway right next to where it fits in the kitchen, but didn't want to spend extra for a smaller counter depth fridge, and this one fit the spot just right.

Well, I’ve only had it a day, but so far so good. Will know more overtime, but took only a few hours for the refrigerator to get cold, but I did adjust the settings to make it colder as well as the freezer. I have a temperature gauge is coming to install in both so that I can ensure that it is the proper temperature it should be, as some of the reviews are mixed. Some people stated it wasn’t getting cold. So I find that probably because they didn’t adjust the settings. I found that there was quite a lot of room for what I needed in both the refrigerator and freezer side. Better to make your own decision not just go off with someone else states. Hopefully this will last for years to come.

Loving our new fridge! We switched to a side by side after having a bottom drawer freezer. Much better! If you have a larger family you may need a bigger fridge, but this one is perfect for a small family. However, it did great with extra food during the holidays.

Ice maker is a bit noisy at times mostly late at night but other than that runs quiet, is very spacious, has great look with nice features and keeps fruits and veggies amazingly fresh in their compartments.
