nice fridge, but the bins are stiff pulling out. Fingerprints do not show and magnets may be placed on the doors. I am very pleased with it. Also, was a good price.

To start I was very displeased in Best Buy’s method of handling customers dissatisfaction. I left specific instructions for the delivery personnel to call me at work when they were on their way to my house so I can meet them there. I cannot bring my cell phone to my place of employment. So I gave them my work number. They did not follow simple instructions. They didn’t call me at work, they called me on my cell phone instead, when I said not to. I demanded that Best Buy bring my refrigerator back out to the house and they refused stating that they couldn’t come back until two days later. I refused delivery because I had already waited 10 days for the initial delivery. This was Best Buy’s fault and they refused to make it right. So I cancelled my order, and gave them back their $100 dollar gift card. Best Buy allowed over &1300.00 walk out of their store because they refused to correct their own mistake. I am very doubtful that I will shop at Best Buy again due to negligence and lack of customer appreciation.

It was simple to connect the fridge and the water line, the water to the freezer froze after discarding the first batch. I had to unfreeze it and the freezer began making ice again

No way to align door handles and the top of the doors together. One or the other is misaligned. Looks cheap.

We absolutely love our new counter-depth Whirlpool refrigerator! It is a new addition to our home (3 days), and looks really nice. We have owned all Whirlpool appliances for over 25 years and have received quality products with no issues. We definitely recommend Whirlpool!

Had to have repairman out three times due to ice buildup in the outside in the freezer. In the end they had to replace the door which seems to be working. Water no longer dropping from the water fill out side. I hope to have many good years of service from this product.

We had this fridge for about a week and it was perfect. We were obligated to downsize because we were afraid the space was too tight. Other than that great fridge and spacious freezer

Good Product and Good Service. Installation was on time

Looks good, but seems to run a lot. Interior drawers are super sticky and difficult to operate.

1st refrigerator had to be replaced - must have been a "lemon" but second delivery is working like a charm - Best Buy replaced the first quickly without any problems.
