Cannot use tall glass to get ice on the door. Have to use small glass

The refrigerator is prefect like the different lever for water and ice.

Door was dented, Best Buy replaced it (for an additional charge) and the same day my fridge and freezer completely stopped working. I lost $300 worth of groceries I had just purchased and the freezer melted water all over my floors. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to fix my refrigerator (scheduled tomorrow) and had to purchase a mini fridge in order to have food available for my children (another $200 spent unnecessarily). If they are not able to fix it or offer a timely FUNCTIONAL replacement I will be highly upset.

I'm not sure what to rate this item as Best Buy has dropped the ball for delivering this item. It was supposed to be delivered on October 14th and I haven't heard a thing for a purposed delivery date. Two thumbs down!!!

I love that it is a side by side with an ice maker and water dispenser. I'm so glad that I was able to get it in white. Very happy with my purchase.

I'd prefer a zero. 3 units all the same loud and noisy compressor. Whirlpool designated service representative says all Whirlpool refrigerator are that way. service technician irreparable breaks the refrigerator when installing a replacement compressor. Now I'm without a refrigerator, perhaps for weeks. Whirlpool is mired in required 'business processes' before affecting a solution

Great fridge. Be mindful it doesn’t come with brakes or a way to stop the wheels from moving. I wish I was able to know that before I purchased it. Just don’t open the fridge door with a lot of force or else it will move towards you.

Love this fridge. Great light at water/ice outside of door and great placement of drawers. bar in door shelf great for keeping things upright. Makes ice fast too!

This is a very nice refrigerator with just the right amount of features . The modern water and ice dispenser with fingerprint resistant finish is very sleek!

Very quiet motor the controls are easy to learn except for the ice maker switch that was not mentioned in the literature
