    We haven’t had it long but so far we have no issues. Reviews said it was really loud. Ours is not.

    This was a great purchase. The fridge has lots of room and is easy to set up. It doesn't show fingerprints and cleans up well.

    The refrigerator is nice but the technician was unable to hook it up to the existing water line, it needs an adapter.

    The Fridge itself is ok for the money. Whirlpool did fail to install the bolts to the wheels on each side causing it to drag bare metal against my vinyl flooring causing a nice 2 ft tear in it. Also found 2 loose screws in the ice machine. Very poor quality control on Whirlpool! not Best Buy or the delivery teams. The second team just left that came and fixed the issue. Thank you so much Jon and Randy and thank you so much to the Florence, KY Best Buy team. The store manager Jeff, Eric and also Jared and Quincy. I can't thank you guys for being supportive and to help resolve the situation and make me a happy customer. That is why I ONLY shop at the Florence, KY Best Buy. I kinda wish I wouldn't have purchased it, but will see if it lasts. Glad I am a total tech member. You should be too.

    purchased open box, found out why it was open box after doing all the legwork to get it home, water doesnt dispense, ice maker doesnt even try to make ice, light on the dispenser is always one doesnt turn off, freezer light doesnt work, freezer get cold but not freezing. acts like door is open but its not.
