It turned out to be a thermostat, I loss everything in my refrigerator and freezer. Not happy.

On top of that we were billed twice and three time for water connection which I had a plumber do! We finally select a floor display model which was way better condition then any “ new” ones sent to our house and spent day after day calling and going to store just to get the run around.. never again will we buy appliances from Best Buy.. horrible customer service.. just horrible

We called the technician but he said nothing can be done. But we are annoyed by the leak and we want the refrigerator to be replace.

Called Whirlpool & they set up a service call, but won’t happen until September 9. That is 4=weeks after delivery. Don’t like buying a new product & having to have it serviced. Plus having to wait a lengthy time for it to happen.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bough this online and either missed the fact or it was never mentioned that the shelves are fixed and the height cannot be adjusted. This leaves the top shelf that I call ‘high value real estate’ since it’s the only shelf tall enough to hold a gallon if milk, a 2 liter bottle of soda or any other container that is taller than 7 inches. Everything taller must be put on that one shelf. The only other option is to remove a shelf but the you lose that much space. My family is constantly rearranging things to accommodate taller items or laying them on their side, which for liquids is not ideal. Since everything is constantly being moved, we’re constantly standing with the door wide open trying to find things. I hate this fridge. Don’t but one unless you have OCD and know exactly what items you’ll need to store and how tall they are. Then it might just work for you.
