This refrigerator is amazing and has good amount of storage.

Our experience was very good from the beginning to delivery. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this Whirlpool refrigerator a week ago. It made a loud high-pitched buzzing noise when plugged in. The noise was too loud and very irritating and seemed to never stop. I contemplated calling Customer Service to have them pick it up because I knew I could never tolerate that sound for long. But I decided to keep it a few more days to see if I could find a solution to the problem. So I got on the web and found a forum regarding refrigerator problems. I found one where a technician mentioned pulling it out and looking behind to see if the refrigerator was touching something, causing it to vibrate. He said it could be leveling issue as well. He said to look behind, pull it out, and move it around a little to see if there's any change in sound. So I did exactly what he said. I noticed it had been touching on the water hose and this was probably the problem. I couldn't believe the noise stopped and turned into a regular low hum. I also bought a rubber mat to place underneath for stability and noise absorption. It's worked great. I just wanted to mention this for others who might have the problem with a buzzy new refrigerator. It might solve the issue of having to send it back.

So far, I have no complaints about the quality of the product.The fridge is very well designed and working very good.

Refrigerator is nice looking and has all the features and size we were looking for.

Don’t like that the shelves are fixed. Also don’t like where the water comes out. Drips down the front of the fridge. Otherwise it’s a very nice refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator 3.5 years ago. The fridge and freezer work perfectly. Within the first 2 weeks, the Ice Maker stopped working and ran water all over our floors. Best Buy replaced the unit with no charge. After 6 months, if the ice maker tub was full and didn't run for a couple weeks. When it used ice and it needed to start again, it would not restart. I had to do a hard reset on the unit to get it to work. I should have returned it for a different model...my mistake. Now here we are 3.5 years from the purchase date and the ice maker has completely stopped. The issue with the water...it has maybe 1 glass of cold water. When you do get water, after you pull the glass away, the line drips a couple drops down the front of the fridge...terrible design. So here I am looking for a different model or company after only 3.5 years, I am very disappointed!

I love my new fridge. The clear shelves and compartments on the door are wonderful--to be able to see through them.

Excellent service, very punctual, the men who delivered the refrigerator were very kind, and the staff who assisted us in the store were very professional. I always shop at Best Buy.

A little loud but overall not bad. The water dispenser in front can be annoying, it gets hit easily

A one hundred dollar gift card was one of the incentives with its purchase. Was impossible to claim. Contacted Best Buy a number of time with no resolution. As to the refrigerator, completely satisfied. It's spacious and well designed. Owned for four months. No problems with noise mentioned in other reviews. Would recommend the brand and model, but would hesitate purchasing it at Best Buy.

Very nice but water was slow through filter system.

A customer service rep helped me order on line. He set everything up and made it an easy purchase. The delivery was on time.

Arrived on time and made quick work with install and answered all my questions.

The refrigerator stopped holding a cold enough temperature within 2 weeks. Multiple trips and a new part need to be installed. Looks nice though.
