Looks really nice and it has just the right amount of space that i was looking for.

The refrigerator itself had lots of damage to it. The crew that delivered were nice. When talked to the company, they only wanted to give us a $100.00 gift card. Finally got a replacement.

Got this puppy after a super sale and couldn’t be happier. Legit, thrilled. Best fridge I’ve ever owned come to think of it. I’m not a big stainless guy, but this isn’t one of those fingerprint magnets folks, let the kids go bananas. Patrick, I’m thinking battlefield tonight, are you in?

The evaporator fan is very noisy, to the point of distraction. The noise is well-know to Whirlpool with hundreds of complaints about it. Worse, Whirlpool charges $300 for an OEM replacement, which is available on other parts sites for $16. They build this unit with faulty parts so they can profit on the replacements. My primary complaint beside the noise is that WP is trying to cheat me out of my warranty rights. Specifically, I called them within 10 days of delivery to make sure I was protected by their 15 day return policy. I was asked to wait 7 days for compressor to stabilize. I explicitly asked that my warranty rights, including a return, be preserved as of the day I called. I was assured I could exercise my right to return rights if the noise persisted which it did. I called again and eventually two service calls were arranged by WP. At that point WP stated the noise was normal and denied my return request. Very slick way to cheat customers out of their rights. Then I asked if WP had decibel specs defining normal noise. I was told none exists. Therefore, Whirlpool cannot defend its opinion that the noise is normal. Then WP denied my return rights. So, WP lied about preserving my rights, which is evidence of fraud. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DON’T BUY WHIRLPOOL.

I was very satisfied from start to finish. The gentlemen in the store was friendly. The crew that delivered my refrigerator where excellent.

It doesn't get as cold as I thought. I had an older whirlpool exactly the same, these new refrigerator are different.

Completely dissatisfied on all fronts. First, dont ever buy from best buy if it's an item that needs to be delivered. What a nightmare! The delivery company completely destroyed my house trying to move in this new fridge (which is exactly the same size as the old one) wood floor scratches everywhere and a giant gouge where they slid the thing across the floor with no protection!!! Infuriating! I will never ever buy from Best Buy again, and I'd advise others to do the same. We need them to know that this carelssness is NOT OK! Now onto the fridge! After the dust settled and the delivery men left i noticed a very loud fan or compressor noise coming from this fridge. Are you kidding me?! On top of the trouble i have had with the delivery itself now the fridge is going to hum loudly?? I am talking decibel levels above the previous fridge (which was the exact same whirlpool model from 7 years prior) how can this be? Are we going backwards with our engineering technologies? Very disappointed. I intend to return this refrigerator but God help me the day they come to move it out! Overall a complete disaster... majorly inconvenient!!!

Love my new refrigerator! It is plenty big enough for me. Nice water and ice dispenser.

So, shame on me for not fully reading the reviews before we purchased this fridge. Water gathers in the cubby where the ice and water dispenser is located. Not only that, but the freezer then went from one extreme to the other and it went from not freezing at all to having ice that I could have used as a murder weapon. You know what I'm talking about. THEN, the fridge wasn't keeping things cold. I thought it was my imagination until I went to get a bowl of cereal and the milk came out in chunks. Yeah. Yuck. And, you know how when you're craving cereal that's ALL YOU WANT? I felt like I was having a chic-fil-a craving on a Sunday. Boooo. Bottom line---don't get this. Don't. Just move on to the next one. I love Whirlpool and Best Buy is great so this is not a knock on either of those companies. Just this model of fridge is bad. Trust me on this. You do not want clumps of milk. You may want a legit murder weapon and I totally get that, but it's not worth what you have to go through to get an icicle.

This is a great replacement fridge from what we had. Much bigger and has all the bells and whistles.

nice unit . bottom drawer is hard to close as it slides on the bottom of the unit.

This is a nice refrigerator and it fit in the space perfectly.

I bought a Whirlpool side by side counter depth refrigerator in April 2022. In March 2023, the ice maker quit working. The technician determined the whole freezer side door had to be replaced. Now, the refrigerated side isn't cooling enough. It won't go higher than 56 degrees and I have to have it repaired again, and it's not producing much ice either. I would not recommend this refrigerator!

Awesome fridge!! I had a fridge with freezer below and double doors above, but love this one more! Great value and price!

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator so far. The water filter is super easy to access and change. The plastic draws feel a little cheap and get hung up at time but other than that the unit is fantastic.

We love it! It looks and works great! The delivery team did a great job bringing it in as well.

Bought this in May 2019 and it quit working within 10 days. First, the refrigerator side froze up and quit working. Then the ice maker quit working several days later and finally the freezer stopped working. Also, the doors could not be lined up properly. Whirlpool will not allow Best Buy to work on these in the first year, so I had to schedule the service through them. The repair people they sent never called me back after the first appointment and Whirlpool said it would take three weeks to get the parts in. Fortunately, I had the extended warranty and Best Buy replaced it within two days with a different brand. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again. The product is no good and their service is terrible.

Plenty of storage and very nice looking! It’s quiet and the ice maker works great. Delivery went smoothly too.
