Overall, this is a good refrigerator. It has good storage and keeps the food at a great temperature. The drawers could glide smoother when opening and you do get ice outside of your glass when dispensing. I do love the fact that this is on wheels so you can pull it away from the wall to clean.

This refrigerator is great; it's the right size, love the shelves on the door, the ice maker runs great; however, I'm not liking the water fountain because it only holds 16 oz of chilled water. I didn't know that when I bought this refrigerator. The refrigerator turns off when you open the door but goes back on when the door is closed. I do like that. The black stainless is so pretty and it doesn't show the marks like regular stainless. So glad I bought the black stainless. The doors open easily and always close so no wondering if it is closed.

researched refrigerators thru grok ai app and the one we picked out was rated excellent. it just so happened to be right there on the showroom floor. We were so happy to find it! awesome day!

Unfortunately our refrigerator went out in the middle of the pandemic. We had to purchase a new one and be able to bring it home the same day. After looking at three different stores, we found this one at Best Buy. It literally was the last refrigerator they had in stock. because delivery was going to take approximately 10 days, it's two of us finagled t home. The refrigerator has very clean lines and standard shelf organization. Two issues we have with it are the indoor ice maker sometimes works, sometimes does not. Also, top shelf in the freezer does not extend all the way to the back, resulting in items falling off the back of the shelf. Looking at the design, we assume it is to keep the air flow going in the freezer but wish it had been engineered better so it did not have this issue. They've only had the refrigerator 2 weeks so can't give long-term reviews

Nice refrigerator for the price. The two things we do not like is that where the water and ice dispenser is there is no pad there so water gets over onto the floor (all new refrigerators have same problem); and the drawers do not slide easily as the old refrigerator used to do. Otherwise it is an improvement over what we had and more energy efficient.

As a larger family this fridge works great for us. If you are looking for a good middle of the road fridge this is the one for you ! Ice maker makes lots of ice quickly, water is cold from the fridge and it surprisingly holds a ton of food . It’s doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but I love it .

Perfect fit, lots of storage, matches other appliances

The fridge looks nice and works well. It’s a good size and is priced reasonably. However, I’m taking off one star because none of the shelving in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments extends fully to the back, so there’s a sizable gap that allows for small items to fall through.

I decided to go for this fridge after taking a look on few other brands. I found that it is very close to my old fridge and the storage space is almost the same size. It looks good and I hope that it lasts longer then the older one.

About 3-4 months in and would rather have gotten a fridge. Ice maker is a lot louder than my old fridge when getting ice so I end up reaching in at night to keep from waking my toddler and his room is on the other side of the house. Ice is constantly getting stuck in the trap so it melts and drips into the tray below. My daytime routine is to get ice and open the door to see if any got stuck and then get water. The water doesn't come out cold except the first half glass in the morning. I didn't realize how I had taken cold fridge water for granted. The design makes it easier to fill a big cup like a yeti BUT we forever have drip lines going down the front of the fridge because of the design. I'm not one to be overly worried about a few smears but it does annoy me but not as bad as the ice getting stuck.

Great Frig. Looks good, perfect fit and plenty of room. Awesome price and they price matched another competitor. Installation was perfect as well.

A few years ago I went to the new freezer on the bottom style, and hated it! Always had to dig for things in the freezer! I’m loving my new side by side! It has a great sleek look, and the inside of both the fridge and the freezer are laid out very well making it easy to store and retrieve items in both the fridge and the freezer! Loving it!

We are satisfied with the Whirlpool side by side. The shelves are fixed but offer a lot of clearance. Door bins are generous, freezer is cold, and ice maker/water dispenser work. The hum was a problem until we leveled it. Refrigerator was level side to side but not front to back. Checked our floor and it is level. We removed the front grill and adjusted the wheels as explained in the Whirlpool instructions. The front grill has 2 clips, one on each end that need to be pulled straight out to disengage. Now that it is level, the sound/hum is a normal sound in our open living area with tile floors. Sound went down about 3 decibels on phone sound app., about 39dB to 36dB, standing next to refrigerator.

It’s a good fridge. A but noisy and can be loud sometimes. Also the ice maker freezes and needs to be reset somewhat frequently.

I like the refrigerator. It doesn't take up much space in the kitchen and it has good space to store what is needed in the kitchen. It doesn't scratch easily. It's very good.

The first one we had delivered, the water wouldn’t come out of the dispenser on the door and the water wouldn’t make it to the ice maker either. We did have another one delivered and it seems to be working fine. I don’t like how the shelves in the refrigerator section are all the same distance apart so if you have something slightly tall like a double layer cake or a pot with a lid, your only choice is to put it on the top shelf. If you have 2 tall things then good luck! From the factory it has a lube in all of the tracks of the drawers. Yes, it’s supposed to make the drawers slide better but if you get it on your hands or anything it’s hard to get off. I can’t see the tracks of the drawers lasting a long time. They seem cheap.

Upgraded refrigerator. Ice and Water in door. Ice maker can be noisy, usually not too bad. Ice sometimes gets stuck, easy to clear.
