Excellent refrigerator purchase. Never had a side by side before and I’ve been very impressed so far. Lots of interior space and the ice maker is fantastic Always plenty of ice. The water filter accessibility is awesome to have outside on bottom.

I love this refrigerator and the finish looks great in my kitchen with white cabinets/black hardware.

Excellent equipment, it has very good lighting, it is spacious and what I like the most is how it removes ice and water, very good technology.

The refrigerator works well and is very well lighted inside. The bottom two drawers are not easy to open and close. Good cooling and excellent freezer. Whirlpool always seems to be a trusted brand.

Fridge and freezer itself works great the water sucks!!!!! Does not come out cold more luke warm so it melts the ice pretty quick and the ice dispenser also is the worst for big cups.

I had a Whirlpool refrigerator, similar model, for 20 years. I hated when it finally broke and could not be fixed economically. This model started to have problems from the very start so I was under the 90 day warranty. They had to come out twice, once to fix the icemaker and once to replace it. This model as glass see through shelves versus the older models that had something similar but not as transparent. Everything else the shelves on the door etc. are plastic and when I compared each of the parts, there was no comparison. The older model was so much better. One of the guys that came to fix it told me that his experience is that this model won't last very long 2-3 years, which is very disappointing, needless to say. They say, they don't make them like they used to, and in this case it is very true. Finally, the icemaker. My old refrigerator allowed me to access the ice, not here...what makes it worse, it uses one spout for water and ice. Try to put a long water bottle in it and you'll mostlikely get the water rather than the intended ice.

In general, the refrigerator is an excellent product and it has satisfied our needs and expectations. We are pleased with the purchase.

Bought this refrigerator to replace an LG fridge that died as soon as its warranty expired. Asked the repairman who came to take a look at it which units he never serviced, and he recommended to get a Whirlpool. So far we are very pleased. Its layout is more convenient, and things are easier to find. The water/ice dispenser make less of a mess, and when a mess does happen, its very easy to clean — unlike its predecessor.

A bit noisy, good capacity, freezer a little cramped but nothing that cannot be dealt with organization.

This fridge has it all! Lights, ice, and shelves. I’m convinced you could put anything into this fridge and it would cool it down. Full size watermelon, cool. 24 pack of Bush’s baked beans, cool. Specially designed sheepskin underwear, cool. This refrigerator works harder than I do, which isn’t saying much because I’m a sign spinner. The bottom line is this: most refrigerators store snacks; this refrigerator stores refreshments. Everyone knows refreshments are just snacks that went to college and took a cotillion class. This refrigerator is the debutante of refrigerators.

Now after a year, the Water dispenser drips. A part broke under warranty and Whirlpool was great at handling the claim except it took several months to get the part because Whirlpool was affected by COVID and since our part was just cosmetic, we were delayed as they gave priority to functional parts. That was very understandable and impressed me with there handling of the situation. Only reason not 5 stars is the dripping dispenser.

I love the look of the refrigerator but it is rather loud. I also found that it is not fingerprint resistant.

Had to replace my old fridge and had to do it fast. I shopped around at different places and found this one on Best Buy website. It came as advertised and it looks really nice. I like the stainless steel look that goes with the kitchen. It operated as it should be but after 5 hours of the delivery, the fridge changes its operation. Every time we open the door (either the fridge or the freezer), the unit stops running. It resumes its operation once the door is closed. I have tried to call the support help but to no avail. Does anyone know what causes it? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. I gave it 3 stars because of this issue and it lacks multiple tracks for the shelves. You can't move the shelves up or down the way you want it because of the fixed tracks. I would give it a higher rating without the mentioned issues.

Very happy with the fridge. Great temperature, great lighting and love the ice/water dispenser. You can actually see what you’re filling up with the water. Many units you have to tilt and you don’t know how full it is.

Upon delivery, the store associates told me that this refrigerator does not have self leveling mechanism. So I didn't look for it. After in use for a few days, I noticed that it constantly had loud oscillating noise. Then I decided to find out what could get rid of the problem. It does have a way to level the two front corners. Afterward, the noise is smaller. Unfortunately, the door for the refrigerator side seems to always sticks out a little bit as if it is not fully closed. This problem still persists.
