We purchased in store and we are loving it!!!!!!!!

Had to buy a refrigerator due to my old one going down. Needed one with allot of space and know whirlpool makes good looking lasting products. Got the delivery and installation with the product. My ne refrigerator was delivered quickly and the old one removed by the delivery people. Refrigerator is a side by side unlike my previous one of side by side with drawer freezer. Like this much better as I can see everything in the freezer inline the drawer where I had to dig to see what I had in it. All in all great buy. The price was gray and the refrigerator is excellent and I now also have an external filled water dispenser. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality at a great price refrigerator.

Water dispenser drips after pouring water making a water stain down the middle of door. Called whirlpool. Stop valve was replaced so now it drips less. Still drips here n there. Fruit n vegetable drawers don’t slide so well. Needs better system. Overall, still love it.

Adjusting to a smaller frig. & it works. Although my freezer door doesn't seem aligned. I need to call on this.

So far this refrigerator has been great. It was purchased during the Labor Day sale and got an amazing deal. We came from a unit with fridge on top/freezer on bottom and are glad we did. The inside has good space and versatility. We also love the look!

Don't like the chrome color too much but ended up being a great purchase. Color works well with old appliance and is easy to clean. All sections keep food cold or freezing. Only problem with me and this frig is the noisy ice maker

It looks very nice. It works well, and is more than enough room for myself.

so far its good, it looks nice, great price, it is a little bit noisy then I expected, but nothing I cant live with.

The size is good, although the door storage containers are not continuously adjustable so I had to redo that storage. The real drag is that the ice maker is ridiculously slow to make ice. I did dump the first two batches of ice (they recommend 3), but it's been 5 days and the ice container is still not full, only 3/4 full.

This was the best purcahse.. and it was very affordable

So far everything is working well, and very satisfied with ice maker.

It has been working great so far but at times it gets noisy and it might be because of the location :)

Bought a washer and dryer and refrigerator the washer and dryer went well the refrigerator is also fine and the delivery guys were careful the problem is the delivery guy installed the ice maker in the driveway and cut the water feed hose to short it turns out cause when I went to dump the first batch of ice I discovered a four inch thick block of ice in the ice basket and two inches of ice block on the freezer floor had to wait another week for them to send someone to fix it , he comes out and says have to get a new ice maker wait another week to send out an installer with new ice maker besides breaking out all that ice and it’s down in the air vents preventing the air flow the second installer says it happens to about HALF of the ones he fixes Hey Best Buy HOPEFULLY MORE TRAINING FOR THESE INSTALLERS and send someone to repair it in a day or two not to weeks I’ve purchased three rounds of appliances you used to be so efficient well the one in St. Louis on st. Charles Rock Road anyway this is the 3 star instead of 5 , hope you read this you’re losing so much money from the way it looks from here

Plenty of room and a great look for my renovation. I did not want to go over budget so the price was good and it was the color and style that I was looking for .

This fridge looks good and sleek. The only qualm I have with it is the freezer capacity. It’s rather small. My old fridge had the ice maker on the door, but the one on this machine loses a shelf because of the location of the ice maker. It’s an adjustment.

This fridge has a good amount of space. I am happy with the freezer and this is super quiet. Very sharp looking and so far everything is great! Very happy with my purchase and their service.

I enjoying my new refrigerator its excellent. Im enjoying the space and the icemaker.
