It is a nice looking fridge. It performs well, but the ice maker is very loud.

Bought this fridge about a 1.75 years ago. Within the first 6 months it started making a loud vibration noise several times a day. When it was still under warranty had service come out several times to try to figure out the problem. No luck. To this day it is still making a loud vibration noise about 5 times a day. Every time service came out I had to use my personal time off at work. I got tired of wasting my vacation time and stopped calling service. Then the ice maker stopped switching to cubed ice. I finally rigged the ice type mechanism to stay on cubed. Whirlpool did NOT check back to see if my issues have been resolved. Just waiting to see what happens next. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and efficiency of this refrigerator. It looks great in the kitchen with its sleek design. Also, love the nice features. Very roomy in the freezer compartment also.

Love the fridge/freezer. Only drawbacks are that the ice door occasionally freezes shut & I have to grab plastic tongs to remove the ice while holding the freezer door open. Also the light is behind the ice/water. So yo can't alway see how full your cup is. The water does not come out chilled by itself. I have plenty of room for all my food.

The water and ice machine work well. This refrigerator holds a lot of ice. Water and ice have a good taste and no smell. When refrigerator kicks on, it can be a little louder than what I am used to. Overall, I am satisfied. Lots of door space that helps with bigger items as 2 liters and milk jugs.

Great spacious refrigerator. The black stainless is very sleek.

I would rate it very good. I ordered it, and it came in on time. Delivery was great. As indicated in other reviews, the ice maker is loud. It actually scared my pets at first. I had difficulty getting used to the water dispenser, as it pours onto the floor if you’re not careful. Other than that, I love the way it looks and fits in my kitchen, and the price was reasonable.

I have had my refrigerator for a month now and have been quite happy with it. For the first week or so, the ice maker did not seem to work correctly. The ice chute kept filling up with ice and frost, which then melted into a glass I had put in the door. After that week, it has worked beautifully and I have had no further problems.

This was the perfect size for the area it needed to go into. The employees who delivered it were very friendly and answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. I love the ice and crushed ice options that came with the water area on the outside of the freezer door.

This is a really good refrigerator, but as other have stated it is loud and because of energy requirements it does seem to run a lot. I do like the feature that if it is running and you open the door it stops running while the door is open. It was a good replacement for the 15 year old Whirlpool side by side that crapped out.

We needed a refrigerator that would fit in our space. I’m so glad this one did. Very simple, clean, flat front. The water/ice maker is great too. Way more room that I had expected inside.

Runs well. Not loud. Ice maker has jamed once, easy fix that i could handle. The water filter only lasts about 3 months, then I can taste the difference.

This is a lovely refrigerator and it fits perfectly in the space wear the former one stood. I have no complaint.

Seems great so far. Has lots of storage, runs very quiet, looks very nice.

Just the right size and freezer space for me and works great

Decent fridge. Good value compared to others in it's class. It is noisier than any other fridge I have owed, but I have gotten used to it. Our dog hated the noises at first. He, too, has gotten used to it, Huge ice bin. Ice size is small in comparison but I like the smaller size. 1 star taken away for the noise.

So far it’s been fantastic! It is more noisy than my previous one but it’s not bad. Most of the noise is from the ice dropping and the water going into the ice maker so it’s not constant. I wish the shelves were adjustable.

We are pretty happy with this fridge, although the shelves are not adjustable, heightwise, there are so many shelf door options so we are able to fit everything nicely. The lighting is BRIGHT and we like it that way, you can see all the way to the back without moving everything around. Our first one was a bit wonky, the door would stick and make a terrible noise but Best Buy had another one to me in a week and we are very pleased with the purchase and delivery and follow-up. Delivery guys were professional and wore masks. Thank you Best Buy and Whirlpool.

I am greatly satisfied with the product. It does it jobs well and very quite in operation. I also like the cool day lights used and it fits well in my Kitchen
