Do not buy Whirlpool refrigerators. I bought this model and it had manufacturing defects and the bottom of the freezer kept filling with ice. It took almost 6 months of hounding Whirlpool before they replaced it under warranty. The *replacement* fridge apparently also had major manufacturing defects, and the ice maker didn't work, the freezer stopped working altogether, and the fridge sounds like a generator. I had to email, call, chat, and reach out to Whirlpool dozens of times over the course of another 5 months to try and get a response. Finally, I had to submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get them to respond. I'm now waiting on my *third* replacement fridge of this model. Do not buy Whirlpool junk. They do not respond to warranty claims. Best Buy should not be selling this garbage

was looking for a solid/sturdy refrigerator that was also quiet. This whirpool refrigerator is just that- no complaints at all. Love the crushed or cubed ice feature, very easy to use and has a lock on the front so my little one will not touch buttons!

I am a 3 week owner of this refrigerator. I am enjoying every aspect of it! Of course, it works well and keeps everything nice and cold. Really enjoying the deli drawer, as I have never had one before. Hoping that this fridge lasts for many many years!

Using this one the manufacturers have figured this one out I purchased a on with a French door and it was absolutely horrible this one works great so far.

Great! Exactly what we were looking for. Spacious and not very loud. At least not more than what’s expected from a refrigerator. Plus saved us more money buying here with Best Buy. No one else had there price beat!

This is my 3rd whirlpool side by side refrigerator. The first 2 were great lasting 10 to 12 years each and I am sure the 3rd one will be just as reliable

Very nice fridge, roomy, and easy to clean. My only dislike is that randomly, the ice maker will make ice cubes, and they’ll drop on the floor

Frig had a broken door shelf and they replaced the frig. I thought replacing the shelf would have been more coat effective for the company. The 2nd frig is making noises that I never heard with any frig I ever owned. I was on hold for a very long time with Whirlpool and they thought it might be a leveling issue and call the store to have them relevel it. I put a level on it and it is level. I haven't had the time to stay on hold for any length of time yet. I will call them and try to rectify the issue. I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty. Original purchase was on 12/23/2021.

This refrigerator has plenty of room for all of our food. The three drawers are nice. Veggies, fruit and cheeses are in them. I find that the refrigerator seems to be on most of the time but have read that this is common. Will see with my next electric bill. I replaced a 19 year old Kenmore.

Great purchase way more spacious and bigger matches the whole kitchen

This product is very satisfying and suits my need. It is very user friendly. The freezer section has a lot more room for storage and I like the external ice maker, makes it easliy accessible for childrens. I also like the storage place on the door in refridgerator side, it has lots of room. Overall the refrigator has lots of storage space, more than my previous one. It's good choice for me.

Reasonably priced, sleek look, adequate space, however, the door does not have a stopper so you have to hold it open or it will swing all the way back.

This fridge doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a lot of the other models, but provides a nice feature set for the price point. The one complaint is that the wheels underneath don't seem to lock and sometime the weight of the door swinging open pulls the fridge away from the wall.
