Bought this refrigerator to replace a 20 yrs old Whirlpool. I had no idea that technology with Whirlpool is going backwards! This product is nice looking but so loud when making ice not even funny. We were so embarrassed when we had company for Easter Sunday and the refrigerator was so loud that everyone stopped eating and started listening. The closest sound is a growling from a big dog. Other Thant that is fine!

Meh. It works like a cheap fridge. The first one I got was very loud and rattley. I contacted best buy and they brought me a 2nd one. The 2nd one came dented and scratched but I needed a fridge after so long so I kept it. The fridge is still kinda noisy and just seems cheap. I would not buy anything from this line of whirlpool products again. I got it to match my new dishwasher and oven, both of which also have issues.

Not a bad fridge. Best Buy had it in stock where other box stores were out of stock. Delivery was as promised and install was professional.

Best bang for your buck! This was the cheapest stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser. Very happy with the product.

The process was easy and the refrigerator is awesome

Very pleased, except we wish there was a more gradual swing to the refrigerator door. If we are not holding on it swings open fast and we worry about something breaking. Good size!

So far no issues to report. Hopefully I won’t have to.

Every one was very nice and helpful. From the salesman to the two delivery men and the person that set up the change of delivery date. I love my new refrigerator. I had a hard time picking out the right one, the right size. I love my choice.

Kudos to Best Buy for the size tool to make sure the appliance will fit. The overall layout and storage works well. The nested ice and water could be better, especially if you have tall glasses. Had to find a you tube video to replace the water filter, the instructions scanning the bar codes were wrong. Easy to do, but the base on the freezer side isn't an intuitive place. Better to save in fridge storage space.

Easy transaction with Best Buy. Nice men delivered and set it up for us. Everything has been more than I expected.

I've had my new fridge for a month and I love it. When I first turned it on I was a bit concerned about the initial noise it made, but after it was cold and the ice was made it was quiet. I hope to have it for many years.

Works as it should Needs some sort of tray under the water on the door, drips just go on floor

Doors were crooked upon delivery. They did not help to adjust.

Everything we had hoped for. Our old fridge went out and needed a replacement asap. This one checked all the boxes at a decent price.

Easy to use and works well. Have had no complaints or issues with it. Works well for the price range too. Best buy also came and installed it which was very helpful since I had just moved into a new construction house and couldn't move it myself.

I do not recommend it: the refrigerator works just like it should however, two watch-outs: a) it is very loud when the condenser or the motor (not sure what) kicks in about 3-4 day; and b) the external ice maker just drops ice cubes all over my floor out-of-the-blue. Both are loud and scary!

Great so far. We've had the fridge for a few weeks and it looks really good in our kitchen, keeps everything nice and cold. Grand kids love the ice and water dispenser

Open box exactly or better than described. Saved a few dollars and works like new. I'll probably be able to buff out the scratches, but will have more with wear and tear and time.
