good refrigerator, delivered on time and old one hauled away.

The ice dispenser foes allow big glasses. Otherwise, a good product.

Drawers are very difficult to open and close. Requires too much force and will likely break. The door to the fridge has no weight control so if you open the door too fast it will hit something and the hinges are getting stressed. Cooling and freezer work well.

Delivery went well. Install not completed by Best Buy since they will not install to reverse osmosis (RO) system. Did install myself. Initial water and ice production fine, subsequent water dispense fine but subsequent ice production not good. Per Best Buy, will call Whirlpool.

The delivery was great and setup was a problem took two times the geek squad had to come out but it got fixed. The problem was the water line hook up. I have an older house and they wouldn't use the exsisting water hook-up. On the second visit they hooked it up.

Perfect for my needs. I had my last Whirlpool refrigerator for over 20 years.

Good refrigerator with all the basic features. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles offered with the higher priced models so this worked out perfectly for me.

The Best Buy team came to install everything and turned out perfect. Wifey loves the new fridge

I've only had the product a month, and it is outstanding. I like the design and it is very roomy inside. Run quiet also.

Love the fridge. I wish I would have bought one that has different compartments, but this one is more customizable. I love it though, its easy to clean and the ICE is amazing.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I am on my second replacement, hundreds of dollars in spoil food, time wasted taking days off work to get it repair it is ridiculous! Bought Best Buy geek squad protection but since my refrigerator is not a year old they keep sending me to deal directly with Whirlpool. On the phone for the 6 or 7 time trying to get it fixed and no one is helping I need a NEW refrigerator or my money back at this point very frustrated buyer beware when purchasing this useless piece of steel and also beware when buying their extended protection plan since Best Buy hides behind the manufactures warranty.

Great refrigerator! I have no complaints. Nothing fancy. But has ice, cubes or crushed. And filtered water. Nice looking too!!

Nice fridge, just a bit noisy running. It has alot of space in the door shelves.

The fridge is fine, but the bin for ice ans door shelves are very thin plastic.

It's a good fridge and so far it's working great. Only thing that is different from my previous whirlpool is that the inside feels a bit smaller otherwise it's a great fridge.

The second time the Refrigerator worked. Will recommend for commercial uses as well
