This was an open box item and had few scratches and dents. But got a sweet deal from Best Buy. So far loving it and I highly recommend this item!

So I keep a sponge in the base because the water stains the refrigerator and I can’t buff it out. The refrigerator seems to run all the time. Doesn’t have a lot of space once you put a few things in it. Bad purchase

The 2nd one is great only bummer the 2nd one does not show and if there are rewards for the purchase looks like I got no credit. The product works great

It has a place for can drinks and for gallon jugs. It has all the drawers and compartments that I need in a refrigerator. One slight downfall is that it makes little blocks of ice; I like big blocks for my drinks.

A few things I don't really like: it makes a noise all the time. also don't like the fact that I had to wait more than 5 months to get this refrigerator. Bestbuy rescheduled the delivery 7 times.. I had to change to this refrigerator, because the one I originally wanted would have taken even longer.

Ice then melts and runs down the front of the door. Ice/water dispenser is configured strange so it it difficult to get ice into anything other than a six ounce glass without hitting the water dispenser. There are NO lock down legs so everytime you open the door it rolls forward. I would return it if I could. Best Buy customer service is awful. I will not buy from them again.

Only cons are that it is on the loud side and the filters are expensive ($50) to replace. However, this is common among all brands/models.

It looks great but it’s no understatement to how loud this thing is. For that reason alone I would not purchase again. You can hear it through walls and in the room close to this unit. Looks good though. The install staff was useless and rude but Best Buy accomadated this issue.
