Scratch resistant for the most part, unless you’re trying to scratch it. Wouldn’t recommend putting magnets, those definitely will scratch. Learned that the hard way.

Nice and quiet and print-free! On sale to boot but it works very well. Water dispenser drips a little after getting water, and ice is hard to direct into your cup but other than that works very well

With in 3 weeks the freezer and refrigerator stopped working. the fridge would not stay below 60 and the freezer would not stay below 30. i contacted customer service and the directed to the manufacture. whirlpool scheduled service on the unit 1.5 weeks from the date of breaking. in my opinion, that is a long time to go with out the most important appliance in your kitchen and is not acceptable. worked great for the first 3 weeks.
