Can't wait to waste more time on waiting for a repair. Also, whoever placed the burners did not do a good job. You can't fit two normal size pots next to each other on a front and back burner and have them both centered. Two power burner seems ideal but you need a normal burner way more as things start to cook they don't go low enough to keep a decent simmer without things burning or boiling over too much. Even turned the gas down on most burners. Not a good design. I will be cussing during canning season when my pots don't all fit right. I wish I could return it!
