    Fail in the oven and unable to return to the store

    I just made the purchase and it was until several days later when I wanted to use the oven and it doesn't work, I read the manual and consulted on the internet without being able to make it work. When they call the store they tell me it can no longer be returned and I must call the manufacturer. This causes me a lot of problems and money. Bad buy

    Installation horrible

    I have been trying to reach a GM.manager or someone since delivery on 12/13/19. My gas stove was not installed vorrectly,gas leak, emergency tech notified. House evacuated..went to ER for breathing issues related to inhaling fumes on medication...NOT HAPPY! Ispent over 3k.si gle mom with a kid in college.missed work and no one has yet to call me back. 941 405 6945 shona Taylor

    Terrible customer service

    We purchased a package deal for 4 appliances, a refrigerator stove dishwasher and microwave. Best Buy delivered and installed all 4 And took away the old appliances. Within less than one day the refrigerator stopped cooling and spoiled all the food, and the dishwasher did not work. When we called Best Buy back, they told us the first date to replace the refrigerator would be the end of November. Three months away. I will never buy another item from Best Buy ever again.

    I returned this stove due to 1) the mis-matching of the stainless steel products at the top and bottom of the oven and 2) the oven kept making loud poofs when baking, like the gas was going off and on. It was loud and very scary and 3) the oven had dents and scratches upon delivery.

    Oven would be fine but I’ve had to replace the control board 4 times which makes it a total lemon. Never buying Whirlpool again.

    Damaged goods

    It came damaged, the driver or delivery person said some one would call me. I asked for a receipt showing the damage and he refused. Repeated. "someone will call you" no one has.

    Oven igniter went out within weeks of starting to use it and now less than a year after fixing, it went out again.

    I don't like reviewing items normally this soon. I feel u should wait atleast month. Ive just started using it this passed week and so far I love it. I have the same footage as my old range but with the fine burners it seems as though i can juggle 4 pans on the stove so much easier with that 5th burner. Its cooking every thing even.The look it sharp. the only thing that concerns me right now is the grill top. It seems to be scratched every time i take a pot or pan off of it. Afraid that eventually the black is going to become silver over a period of time

    Whirlpool is a great product as usual and reliable. If you have built out cabinets to slide this between you dont have to worry about exterior heat when the ovens in use. Comes with 2 oven racks and stove top burners that heat food quickly. No broiler pan but im sure it can be bought. Product is solid with some bells and whistles at a VERY resonable price. Prints wipe off easily too. No "regerts".

    Toxic chemical smell

    The chemical smell this oven produces is unbearable. It's supposed to bake off quickly, but we've run this oven 9 different times at 500 degrees for 45+ minutes. We had an appliance repairman come see it. He complained about the smell and said his eyes burned the second he opened the oven door. He said nothing was wrong with the oven, so he called Whirlpool. Whirlpool said you have to run this oven 20 times for 45 minutes in order to get rid of the smell. We'll see if that works, but that's ridiculous. Hanes can preshrink their $1 t-shirts. These guys can't sell a usable oven?

    Is the oven supposed to ignite on & off so often?

    Best Buy sold me a broken oven.

    I can’t review this item as Best Buy sold me a broken oven, they also did little to nothing to rectify the situation. I had no choice but to return it. To have no oven is a significant inconvenience, and around the holidays is unacceptable. Needless to say I will NEVER make another purchase with Best Buy.

    Oven stopped working after 2 months out of warranty. Now I need to pay $600 for controller board. Was told not to use storage because it interferes w igniter. Flames extremely high and burn food. Timer goes off and stops in its own so if you don’t hear it, you end up over cooking.

    Bad product

    After a week of purchase the middle long burner stopped working and it takes a very long time for water to boil on any of the burners. I usually have to cover the pot for it to reach boil temperatures.
