Seems a lot less durable than our last LG range, but we will see how it holds up. The chimes for the timer our kind of annoying. Wish it would just beep. Its loud too.

We purchased it in December, 2020 and by April, 2021 we have had 2 service calls for the same issue (oven ignition sporadically works). In addition, the knobs get hot to the touch when cooking, the bottom drawer does not smoothly open, and the stove top grates are the worst. The grates are dishwasher safe but do not come clean; grease will not scrub off, and there are signs of rust. Also, there is no way to remove or place the grills without scratching up the stove top. I wish we had never chosen this range.

I purchased from Best Buy and it came with the oven door crooked. Best Buy has been great thru this ordeal. They have brought out 3 ovens and all 3 had crooked oven doors. They even boast about being made in America. Poor craftsmanship is bad no matter what country they’re made in.

Factory defect

Must be a factory defect . Called a Whirlpool repair man . Stovetop works great , but oven does not work
