||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke 3 times within warranty period and was "fixed" all 3 times then the warranty was about to expire so I asked if I could renew it and best buy said you cant do that no more. The oven would never get hot or up to the temperature to cook the food. Food would take so much more longer and most of the time the food would still be cold. So now after the warrenty is up of course it broke so now I gotta buy a whole new oven. Terrible product, I would never recommend this to anyone and I wouldnt consider buying whirlpool again.

The burner grates say dishwasher safe. Only no one tells you they won't fit in the dishwasher. They won't even fit in the kitchen sink. I am too old to be washing these in the bath tub. The grates are also very heavy.I have not used the self clean oven feature yet. No matter what I do to clean this range, it looks dirty If it wouldn't be so much trouble to return a gas range, I would do so and definitely buy one with lighter weight grates.

The oven heats quickly and holds a constant temperature. This is a straightforward range that gets the job done well. One of the best features is the large two-piece cast iron grates that provide a very stable surface for the pots and pans. No concerns of a wobbly skillet on this range.
