After 1.5 years, the tenant is complaining that the oven isn't heating and thermostat isn't working. The warranty only covers a year. Should have put the repair money into buying a better unit.

When I turn on the oven from a cold start, the smell of gas is sickening. I've had the gas company out twice and they said it's "normal" to smell that on a gas range, but I know that's not accurate. You might smell some gas when you turn on a burner before the electronic ignition kicks in but not like this. Nope -- this unit is poorly designed. Also, you don't need to push in the burner dials to turn on the burner. This means a slight bump can either turn the dial far enough to release the gas or turn on a burner in error. It's just not worth the trouble. Out it goes.

After 16 months I had a repair man there
