Got a Defective one

Inside the oven about 25 degrees lower then the display shows, the outer glass door is not fully connects to the top metal part of the door leaving a gap of space . At the very beginning the screws on the bottom that regulate height broke. That we got replaced under warranty but the oven problem we realized too late , Best Buy want us to pay $125 for the service call plus for any necessary additional parts and labor. Although nothing is broken , it is defective product.

When I finally did get in touch with somebody, they gave me the run around and then when I received them there was still one missing.

The two front burners can be made extra hot and the back two are for keeping items warm. It's easy to time meals with the top burners. There are a few reviews noting that there is no broiler pan but for me that's ok, I prefer to use my own based on my specifications. The top grill is like cast iron so it's easy to clean up.
