Worst purchase ever

The issue is with oven door, it is poorly designed, it would not close tight and the thin rubber strip around the oven opening is not providing good isolation, so when baking all the heat radiates out of the oven. Same issue with broiler. Besides, my gas sensors go on almost every time I bake. Installation was done by the team provided by Best Buy. My old range was Frigidaire and it was way better, isolation was much better designed, but it was out of stock at the time of my ordering.

The broiler is on the floor and there is no drawer at the bottom, the clock is so bright at night it is blinding, the burners have a minimum turn-down ratio so that water boils even on the lowest setting and it heats up the kitchen way more than the old one. I would return it in a heartbeat if I could. I am seriously considering buying another one from an appliance dealer and donating this one to charity. The continuous grate across the top is nice, as is the finish on the cabinet, though.
