The others are fine — they maintain a low flame. I was told the stove has to be returned/exchanged, which is an inconvenience. Aside from that burner, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The broiler does not pull out, How do you clean this! There is only one rack inside the oven if the other is used for the broiler. One burner heats up the whole side of the grate. Way too much for this limited range.

PS.I was so mad I said to hell with it never let best buy know.My mistake.

I also was surprised to see that it isn't self-cleaning as was the product I previously selected which wasn't available.
