The stove came with some type of fog like stain on the stainless steel part. We use stainless steel cleaner to try to remove it but nope that didn’t work. So I called to have another ship and the same thing. Do not wast your time and money on product.

The plastic touch pad is located right above the oven vent. I and my wife have both received nasty burns on our fingers from it. You have to touch it to turn it off. The pad itself will likely blister away soon. I don't expect this range will be with us for long.

The boiler is in the bottom drawer which requires stooping very low to use, which is not convenient or safe at all when handling hot food.
