We ordered product Sept. 15th and had to wait a month; was then called and told it would take another month.. no, no, no..

SERVICE MAN DI NOT TAKE THE OLD STOVE AS AGREED . THE STOVE CAME DFAMAGED

Before a year of use, the Oven Control stopped working, we never got a chance to use the oven. The range has been working fine.

Ordered online...Nice sale price. Was delivered on time Saturday 2 hr. delivery window....installed myself, easy as pie.Works great....By the way, some peolple say it comes w/only 1 rack....The other is down in the broiler. LOVE this Range. Thanks.

I was looking for a stove that would look expensive and performed as it looks. I needed a stove for a rental. . .so we didn't want anything too expensive but at the same time, it had too look impressive for the renters. This one looks like it cost $200 more than the selling price it and not only that, it works great. I would not hesitate to buy this for my own home if I needed something affordable with performance that was exceeded its cost range.

Only lasted for four years. Then the oven stopped working & several part changes later, it could not be repaired.

This gas stove has served us well. We like the power burners and the ability to use a cast iron griddle with it. No issues and would purchase same or similar model in the future.

Three years old. Oven very rarely used....is now dead. Range works just okay. What do I think of this....it's total crap and I will never purchase another Whirlpool product.

I just got this stove 2 months ago. I really, really like it!! I gave 4 stars only because of one feature. When you turn on it clicks on ignite but if it don’t ignite right away and you keep turning to your setting it stops clicking and you are just spewing gas! It needs to keep clicking so you know! My 30 yr old stove I replaced did!! Make sure it ignites before moving on! That sounds simplistic but we are all in such a hurry nowadays

recently this product created a house fire in my home and it had been berly about 2 years with the product, I recommend getting a self cleaning product because if not you'll deal with bigger bills if your house catches fire.

This was purchased less than 6 months ago. One week after it was installed, the circuit board shorted out, fried itself, our microwave AND refrigerator. Whirlpool of course took their time determining the fault. 2 weeks without a stove 3 weeks without a refrigerator! Read the reviews, this is not the only stove that shorted out soon after purchase. Now the handle is loose, and we need to have a tech come out to tighten it because they encased the door! And they will not guarantee it is covered by the warranty. Total garbage. We will never buy another Whirlpool appliance again.

I bought 4 of this model for an apt building from bestbuy .one of them worked only for one year .the console stopped illuminating and because of that couldn't use the oven .service guy come and told motherboard is not working and should be replaced w a new one which is 310 plus 180 labor and tax and diagnosis goes beyond 500 .i ordered a new one from other brand yesterday. Most shocking when i called whirpool they don't take responsibility and refered me to private repair companies. The same happened for whirpool fridge.

Oven door handle is faulty. Only two screws hold it in and when we that fails the outer glass shatters as well! To replace JUST the glass whirlpool quoted me $527.11!!!! The customer rep also indicated that this happens often! (Keep in mind it took, 3 call backs and 2 hours to get a hold of the right person) Not only is it dangerous but this only lasted less than 3 years!

Very unhappy with this stove; purchased less than 3 years ago and it already needs to be replaced due to motherboard failure!!!!!!

Caused CO2 poising in our unit after a few years. Needed to unhook immediately. No service company wants the liability to service. Needed to fully replace.

range looks like a child put it together. doors don't close all the way. having problems lighting burners, the list goes on.. and no one will help you when you call BEST BUY MENTOR STORE.. will never buy a thing from them ever again.. wrong gas line was brought had to get parts that was not in the box.. the installers did not have masks on when its mandatory in Ohio for them to do so
