There is a piece of metal on the over door that lifts, I noticed it after I had it a week that it’s not secure. There is some cracking sound I hear when I turn the oven on which is scary. Also the glass on the door fogs up which makes it hard to see inside.

Try to order parts was not easy after being transfered 6 different times and still not being able to get it resolved... I will try again later im over it as of now.....

Gas range

When we was ready to install noticed range was damaged wasn’t told it was pushed into space & couldn’t see damage on rear. Not sure what to do? Please help.

Im not sure how to clean the grates.. i guess. the one has a rusty spot. The stainless steel gets pretty hot on the back where buttons are and handle. Its simple to use though and looks really nice. I havent used the griddle yet but it looks nice. Ive had a few boil overs happen on the larger front burners... my fault completely.... I was happy that it comes off super easy. I soak with water for a few minutes. I think its easier than the electric stoves... regular or smooth top.
