Would have liked more stainless steel on sides of unit.

Not satisfied with this product, the first one I had delivered had spots that didn't clear after cleaning with stainless steel cleaner. I called, and received a quick replacement (thanks Best Buy!) used the broiler and noticed condensation in between the glass panels, the marks never went away and cannot be cleaned.

This range is nice looking. I'm unhappy because the side the frame of the oven door is coming apart. And I didn't realize the oven light has no cover.

My stove had to be exchanged due to the screws from the burners getting rusty and unable to be removed, that caused for the burners not to turn on.

This week we will be getting our 3rd stove of this kind. The 1st two were not put together properly and the tops are crooked. The 2nd one they didnt even take off their truck, but didnt damage it out when they got done so I never got contacted for an exchange until a week later i called to see what the problem was. This purchase has been nothing but trouble and I'm super frustrated with having to take a third day off work for a delivery to be made. Rethink this purchase.

We have had this for just over 2 years and for the past 4 months the oven works on and off. Right now it’s not been working for about a week. The stovetop works fine but I need my oven. Really disappointed, you would think Whirlpool does not make junk.

First before reviewing the product itself, allow me please to review the seller. I made this purchase online. It was very easy to buy and I got it delivered to my house for no extra charge. The delivering company representatives are very friendly and very helpful. I didn't order the installation and planned to do it myself. The guys asked me if I want to change my mind! I said no. I want to do it myself. So, without asking (or extra charges) they assisted me on connecting the propane line to the oven and checked it for leak before I pushed the oven into its spot. Unbelievable... Now the oven range: It is just fine. Way better than the old one (which is obvious) it has a nice way to control the oven. I like the top with the distribution of the burners. The oven heats up really fast and the burners deliver even flame around the 360 degree (unlike my previous range). One issue I had with the oven that the bulb came with defect. The bulb was out of the sockets as the glue came off or something. I called bestbuy about it and they offered me an oven range replacement with free installation as they don't carry the bulb or I had to call whirlpool. After some research I found out that it has not to be a special (Whirlpool bulb) and just any appliances bulb with the advised Watts. That's what the rep at bestbuy failed to explain to me. She has no experience with that! She maybe just tried to tell me that I can't put any bulb in there. Got that bulb in Walmart. Very cheap... and no need to call Whirlpool or replace the oven. I knew this oven has no self cleaning function but it is not hard to clean at all. Jut you need to have the right tools. Happy with the purchase and very satisfied with the seller.

I don't think is safe if you have kids, it gets very hot all the surface and if you turn on the oven, don't touch it or get to close to it, the outside gets very hot.

For a brand that I have grown to trust I am extremely disappointed with this stove. After the first week of gentle use I started to notice the black paint bubbling up around the burners. The oven needs to be on high settings to work which causes food to be dry. Then after the first wash the grill top also looked like I had been using it for years.

This is not a product of good quality, it is rusting within 6 months, material used is metal iron and not a stainless steel but product claims to be.. i am suffering to get the manufacturer to replace my gas range,, expensive item but rusting like so cheap

Really liked the idea of it, and thought it was cool that they returned the broiler to the bottom. Looked nice, but when using it, the door, and the whole kitchen got hot. Real Hot. Afraid to let my toddler anywhere near it. HOT. Maybe it was the lack of insulation from it not having the self cleaning option, I don't know. But its outrageous to think that Whirlpool is ok with releasing such a hazard to the public. Someone is going to get hurt.

The stove has been sitting in my kitchen for nearly a month and softer two tripsBEST BUY has still not installed. The last trip the installers did not bring the correct wrench. We ordered 4 Appliances. The dishwasher if fine, the stove has not been installed and the refrigerator and microwave were both damaged and had to be replaced.

Being extremely careful as this item was a gift. Have not used any cleaners on the burner covers - as stove is brand new. It's extremely disappointing that the burner cover with less than 20 uses has coating come off - looks terrible and how cheap did they make the rest of the stove...hum...

This stove does not come with the whose!!!! Aren’t all suppose suppose to come with it?

Oven used 5 times and quit waiting on repairs Monday

i am really not satisfied with my oven. too hard to keep clean

The oven is super small on the inside. I think the temperature is off. The stove top can never be set to low so you have to watch your pot at all times if you need low fire. The lowest setting is a normal medium setting on a regular stove.

First one recieved was damaged, had to wait 2 wks for another to be delivered which was also damaged. I returned the oven.

Whirlpool is a brand name I use to trust but not after this purchase. First, the trim began to come off after six months, and now it takes an hour to heat up. BEWARE!!!

Everything looked good but electronic control had a problem. Could not get oven to operate. when in the bake cycle(which did not work) could not use burners. Returned to local store and had to pay twice as much for the only available floor stock. And it was a slide- in, not free standing.
