So far I love it. Two things to watch for. Tighten all the screws when you first unpack it, most of the ones in the back of my unit were quite loose. Also, if you cook pizza directly on the rack, make sure all sides of the pizza are supported on the rack properly or one side may sag and make a hot mess of your brand new oven! I don't know why they cheaped out on the oven racks and made the bars spaced so far apart.

Griddle wore out in 3 months - replacement $120 definated NOT recommended for a galley style kitchen walking past it side to side knobs can easily be caught in clothing and broken. lost 4 knobs ($28 each) and one gas valve (not replaced yet) in the first 6 months of using. An Open kitchen setting would probably be OK

Great stove. Change from electric stove to gas stove.

Bought this range as part of my kitchen remodel. Looks great, the burners are strong, bright oven light and looks terrific. The skillet is a great bonus to make blueberry pancakes for my little guy.

We purchased this stove in March 2016. I really loved the stove and was very happy with it. Starting in 2018, I started having trouble with the oven keeping the temp it was set at. At first it was sporadic, but then happened all the time. It was no longer reliable to use the oven. In December 2019, we replaced the igniter and it seemed to work fine. All set to do my Christmas baking 2020 and it is doing the same thing. We are disappointed since this stove didn’t even really last is 5 years. I am buying a new stove this weekend.

I'm so disappointed in this gas range. My children put their money together to buy me this range for Christmas. Although it looks beautuiful it's awful. It's so hard to clean. Immediately the grates on top looked scratched and used. The surface under the grates in impossible to clean. I have to scrub and scrub to get normal cooking stuff off the surface. It's like the surface under the grates isn't finished or something. The actual burner covers won't clean. The silver ring around the burner under the cover turned black in spots the first time I used it and won't come clean now. I've tried. The handle on the outside of the oven door gets hot and I have to use a hot pad to open the oven door. The little rubber pads on the 4 feet of the grate have melted and they fall out. I have to keep putting the melted rubber foot back in. I had a pie spill over during cooking inside the oven. I went to clean it up and it wouldn't clean. I used oven cleaner and was still only able to get part of the spill off the inside. It's just so disappointing to receive such a nice gift from my kids and the range not be what it's said to be.

range come with out oven rock i have to wait 10 days to re deliver have to be in phone with best buy for 3.5 hours to find out how i will have this rock .zero zero zero customer service .

After our old oven went out. We looked at BestBuy and found that this one was on sale. We like it better than the old one and we like dealing with BestBuy.

Purchased in 2019. Works well with no problems. However in past few months noticed loss of gloss on finish by left side burners which are rarely used. Irregular in shape so it has nothing to do with cleaning procedure. used recommended products and no abrasives to clean on weekly basis. Just poor finish on paint.

Had this stove for about 5 years. Had to call 911 due to carbon monoxide levels in my home were too high. Determined it was coming from the stove.

Love my new range. Oven heats up extremely fast. The flat cast-iron top makes it so easy to move things around. Just love.

DO NOT buy a stove online without seeing it in person. I never would have bought this piece of junk if I had realized the broiler is actually located on the floor--that little bottom door is not a storage drawer like many stoves, it's the broiler, separate from the oven. It is so low, you must get down on your knees to open/close it, and crouch on the floor to peer inside. Why did I assume the broiler was in the oven like my old stove? The metal trim around the door was pulling away within a few months so I had to glue it with silicon caulk. So far my repair has held. The beeping sound when any button is pushed is extremely loud and shrill, and cannot be adjusted or turned off. The oven's two racks have bars spaced so far apart (to use less metal and save on production costs?) that something like a frozen pizza will melt through them, had to purchase a steel wire mesh to put over them. The oven temperature is far below where you set it and any baking/roasting time must be increased by about 25%. Can't wait until to replace it, will not purchase a Whirlpool oven again! No, I would NOT recommend it to a friend!

Worked great for three years. Fell apart - literally- by January 2024!

I purchased this stove in 2017 and the oven stopped heating but the gas burners still work. The repair man said I need a new one :[ Never again from Best buy, I feel let down after all of the purchases ive made over the years.
