The broiler, which requires that you use a rack from the oven, shuts off after reaching temperature. We ruined a couple of things, then called the repair person ref'd by Whirlpool. He told us that because of a safety regulation in 2018, this was how it's supposed to work. So there are directions in the manual that say to leave the broiler on for 15 minutes, which is completely impossible, it'll shut off after a few minutes. (directions also say to preheat the broiler, HA!) This may be true of all stoves sold after that, but the broiler is useless because of it.

Range oven rack

I like this range I may keep it and hopefully they may recall the racks

No rack to put the broiler on, so I read the manual, it says use the oven rack. Used the oven rack and there is no way to pull the broiler pan out to flip my steaks (For example). The broiler is not like the typical pull out drawer type. Come on Whirlpool! Not only cheap, but this is very dangerous. No real low/high levels, because if you use the bottom one, the weight of the broiler pan causes the rack to hit the door. Almost impossible to grab the rack to even pull it out. Need to use a fork or something and hook it onto the rack. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have had to take off 3 days of work trying to get repaired. Also, the middle burner only lit up half way. They sent me a new one in the mail, and I'm sure it won't work for long either. I would not buy this stove. Parts must be cheap.

Oven Surroundings gets too hot

Purchased 2017, elecronics not working

Oven either does not heat or overheats then goes into F2 mode, requiring us to unplug and reset or it will continue to heat. Definitely do not recommend.
