    I purchased this stove in October of 2023. We use the stove several times a week. This oven has a big problem with the wire racks. The racks are made of very thin wire that doesn't hold up when you put a heavy pot on it. I use a heavy enamel cast iron dutch oven and it inevitably bend the middle of the rack causing it to fall to the bottom of the oven from the weight. The wires barely reach the grooves on the sides of the even to begin with so anything can trigger the wire rack to bend and fail. This is a safety issue. I have another stove that's older, and the wire is thick, sits well on the grooves, and does not bend at all.

    This stove is much better than the GE stove. The ge stove was a fire hazard.

    The purchasing,delivery & install process was awesome. However, the stove quality is low. The white paint is already chipping, the oven handle is flimsy, & oven door window came out within the first year. I don't cook much. I do not recommend.

    My appointment for today 10/24 did not happen. The Bestbuy representative could not say what happened. She hade call Install Inc. I talked to Althenn who say she shows the whole order was cancelled. Bestbuy sucks This is the word experience ever.

    My experience with Best Buy is being terrible lately on all my recent 5 appliance purchase’s !! I purchased the stove to replace the existing on the property that I rent . The stove that was initially delivered and installed was damaged , I asked for replacement , they delivered the replacement but never installed it - the response from the team was that I did not pay for Installation …. How frustrating is this , on my initial order I did , you are replacing a damaged product why do I need to ask or pay for installation again , the purpose of replacement was to make me whole meaning deliver an item that was in good condition and install it just like you found it . To make them come back and install was another hell of an experience , we scheduled the appointment & they did not cancel or show up the 1st time - they provided me with a case number for compensation and said that someone will follow up , no one did I had to call back and still no resolution . I have no words to explain all this , worst experience ever as a buyer !!

    I have not been able to schedule a delivery since September 14! I’m told today it’s out of stock but bring shipped from Minnesota!! And here you are asking me what I think. Don’t make me laugh.

    My only issue is when using it we smell gas we called the technician out they said a line was loose but tell this day it hasn't been fixed and it's only when we bake.
