Purchased this appliance set on black friday & was originally supposed to be installed 12/1 but canceled because it was raining. Needed to be rescheduled to 12/8. The dishwasher was installed but the range could not be installed because the technician had the wrong size gas line. It was left in my garage and could not be rescheduled until 12/18. No notes were taken and nothing was communicated, so the tech showed up without a gas line and nothing could be done once again. It was rescheduled again to 12/27 and again nothing was communicated to the installers so the technician needed me to tell him over the phone that a gas line was needed for the install. He went to buy one and the range was finally installed a month later. I will not be using best buy's installation service in the future.

First one after a week, damaged and dented, second one after another week, dented. Best buy didn't even bother to provide compensation gift card, bad experience overall

However, I tried to contact Best Buy and Whirlpool and they never responded about the oven only having one rack even though the contents list said two racks.

Not bad for the price

The back control panel feels cheap and the oven grates feel SUPER cheap and flimsy. I wish I would have kept the ones from my old range :/

Buy what you want, but be aware!

Also, be aware that in addition to the sale price and tax, you will be nickle and dimed for delivery, set-up or installation, removal and haul away. So, ask for the out the door delivered price, all in, before you pay and look at the order on their computer which they often turn away from you.
