gas range is great, trouble is i cant get a hold of anyone to tell me how to pay off the balance of what is owed ,spoke with several people and got no good answer.

There was a dent that I didn’t notice Took it out the box a little too late

Very disappointed. This product came converted for Propane not Natural Gas. WHY???? 2 service visits later and I still smell gas when I turn on the oven. The Best Buy service call has been completely useless!

I purchased this on September 3rd, it still has not been successfully delivered as of 10/2/2024. They have sold this product when it wasn't in stock, when it came in stock, it arrived broken and bent, and they were suppose to arrive today, and even after sending a confirmation text message on Sunday, they canceled the delivery because the product wasn't there. They didn't tell me and I only found out because I hadn't received the text message telling it was out for today. I am deeply disappointed in what Best Buy has become. Would not recommend them until they clear up their act.

I ordered an open box on the BestBuy website for $400 and I called BBY cust rep to assist me to use my reward to pay for it. I also ordered a microwave. It turned out that the rep apparently removed it from my cart and made me pay for a reg price of over $600. In addition, my tenant took a day off to wait for the order on the date the BB rep gave us, but the items never showed up. This was a mess that cost me time, money and frustration and anxiety.

The delivery team sucked!!!! The drivers went to the wrong address and then tried to tell me it was my job to go get the stove!! Finally got them to pick up the stove and bring it, but they were supposed to pick up the old product and they left it! I asked for a supervisor and they told me no!!! They didn’t even bring the item in the home all the way!! Nothing wrong with the oven just the customer service.

Very strong heat. Only one rack and don’t like the broil at bottom.

Needed a new stove, bought this one. No problems, looks good. Works like it’s supposed to

I received this stove a week before Thanksgiving and I loved it. Unfortunately as of a couple of weeks ago my from eye on the right just stopped working. It just clicks but never comes on.

It came dented I have called Best Buy three times each time they say they are sending me a 60$ gift card but they never did

I bought a stove and the buttom the glass door oven were came only stick on just with two side sticking tape

Stove wirks fine. Hard to keep clean. Can't rid black surface of light grease. Oven temperature is great! Cheaked against an oven thermometer. Temp on stove matches the gauge.

First unit came broken. Second and third deliveries were cancelled the night before after I had taken off from work. Terrible communication. Its all noted when I called. Was due a credit or partial refund which never happened.

Didn’t like this stove at all !!!!! I returned it to the store and got a different brand and model which I absolutely love.

Would have been a 5 star but a piece was broken. I don't know if contractors broke it or through transit. Other than that family and I are enjoying the gas stove.

My stove came with just one oven rack, best buy said ...Whirlpool needs to be responsible for that. I call Whirlpool, nobody answer my call.

Delivered twice and both times damaged. Best Buy Customer service is horrible!!! Third delivery was for Monday but they screwed that up. I’m canceling the order- the stove is probably 5 stars but Best Buy is a 0!

Love my new stove, especially the setup and layout of the grates. The only con is I wish the timer alarm was a little louder.

Best Buy allowed identity theft when someone stole my personal information to make this purchase

Always a good option, I already have one at home and I chose it again, good size, easy to use, excellent oven
