    My only issue is when using it we smell gas we called the technician out they said a line was loose but tell this day it hasn't been fixed and it's only when we bake.

    Burners are good and strong, oven gets hot. The back control panel feels cheap and the oven grates feel SUPER cheap and flimsy. I wish I would have kept the ones from my old range :/

    Actually love the oven. However, I tried to contact Best Buy and Whirlpool and they never responded about the oven only having one rack even though the contents list said two racks.

    Would not recommend this stove the bottom had to be relapced twice thank God for the warranty now the top is rusting haven't had this stove for a year and I see a new one in the near future smh

    I have not been able to schedule a delivery since September 14! I’m told today it’s out of stock but bring shipped from Minnesota!! And here you are asking me what I think. Don’t make me laugh.

    Cancelled order as there were two features missing that I thought was made clear when I ordered. Also, be aware that in addition to the sale price and tax, you will be nickle and dimed for delivery, set-up or installation, removal and haul away. So, ask for the out the door delivered price, all in, before you pay and look at the order on their computer which they often turn away from you.

    gas range is great, trouble is i cant get a hold of anyone to tell me how to pay off the balance of what is owed ,spoke with several people and got no good answer.

    Took three delivery attempt to deliver a product. First one after a week, damaged and dented, second one after another week, dented. Best buy didn't even bother to provide compensation gift card, bad experience overall

    I was excited to purchase the stove but had to return it because some of the parts were not all together. Got another one and now the panel is not working. Hopefully my next purchase is better.

    Very disappointed. This product came converted for Propane not Natural Gas. WHY???? 2 service visits later and I still smell gas when I turn on the oven. The Best Buy service call has been completely useless!

    Product seemed fine delivery has been poor

    I purchased this on September 3rd, it still has not been successfully delivered as of 10/2/2024. They have sold this product when it wasn't in stock, when it came in stock, it arrived broken and bent, and they were suppose to arrive today, and even after sending a confirmation text message on Sunday, they canceled the delivery because the product wasn't there. They didn't tell me and I only found out because I hadn't received the text message telling it was out for today. I am deeply disappointed in what Best Buy has become. Would not recommend them until they clear up their act.

    Poor Customer Support and Request for Compensation

    I ordered an open box on the BestBuy website for $400 and I called BBY cust rep to assist me to use my reward to pay for it. I also ordered a microwave. It turned out that the rep apparently removed it from my cart and made me pay for a reg price of over $600. In addition, my tenant took a day off to wait for the order on the date the BB rep gave us, but the items never showed up. This was a mess that cost me time, money and frustration and anxiety.

    Delivery Scam!

    The delivery team sucked!!!! The drivers went to the wrong address and then tried to tell me it was my job to go get the stove!! Finally got them to pick up the stove and bring it, but they were supposed to pick up the old product and they left it! I asked for a supervisor and they told me no!!! They didn’t even bring the item in the home all the way!! Nothing wrong with the oven just the customer service.

    I received this stove a week before Thanksgiving and I loved it. Unfortunately as of a couple of weeks ago my from eye on the right just stopped working. It just clicks but never comes on.
