    Unfortunately I can’t give a good review because my item came with scratches, and different issues, im trying to return it, I like the stove was the way I noticed later they bring it to me !!!

    This range looks nice. The cooktop seems fine , however, the oven gets extremely hot very quickly . I recently had to broil something and the entire control panel got so hot I burned my hand . It only comes with 2 shelves - thought i wouldn’t miss the 3rd one that my old oven had but I do.

    The stove worked great until today. The heating element went out haven’t even had it for 2 years…

    My appointment for today 10/24 did not happen. The Bestbuy representative could not say what happened. She hade call Install Inc. I talked to Althenn who say she shows the whole order was cancelled. Bestbuy sucks This is the word experience ever.

    My only issue is when using it we smell gas we called the technician out they said a line was loose but tell this day it hasn't been fixed and it's only when we bake.

    Buy what you want, but be aware!

    Cancelled order as there were two features missing that I thought was made clear when I ordered. Also, be aware that in addition to the sale price and tax, you will be nickle and dimed for delivery, set-up or installation, removal and haul away. So, ask for the out the door delivered price, all in, before you pay and look at the order on their computer which they often turn away from you.

    Landlord added this beautiful new stove to a gut renovation, and like my ex girlfriend, it got ugly over time after getting to know it. First the top grills are not level (makes for uneven cooking), and then they lose their black color (like a BBQ grill) so it never looks clean. Also, isn't accurate (as in medium is way too hot). But the kicker is, two years in (with minimal use as we eat out or order in a lot), all four burners simultaneously decided to start clicking to ignite, non stop, unplugged it plugged it back in, didn't help and, it doesn't have the serial number on the stove so we can't look it up, but they only have a one year warranty anyway so that's pointless. What happens next? A visit with $160 initial service charge. What a piece of trash.
