Bought "Open Stock" off the showroom floor. The oven wouldn't light. After contacting Whirlpool, they sent a service tech the next day who identified a bad valve, Had to order the valve. The service tech returned a week later to install the valve. Service tech believes this range was previously sold, returned because of non functional oven, not repaired, then resold.

I love this stove. I'm a simple man. I just need my stove to heat up and cook my food. This stove does that and looks great doing it. Plus it indicates the precise oven temperature as it heats up. I love it.

The exterior of the stove, the sides and top gets extremely hot when the oven is being used. The control section above the stove, besides being loose and rocking back and forth, is so hot it cannot be touched when the oven is being used. Am still deciding if this is a safety issue or not. The 20 year old Kenmore stove that this stove replaced was better built and certainly better insulated as it never got hot like this stove does.

Its work almost perfect, but the light in the oveb its not working and i didn't notice until 2 days ago

I am surprised at how much I reall love my stove. It gives character to my kitchen and complements my refrigerator as well. I would not have efficiently pulled off Thanksgiving dinner without it.

I finally got to convert from electric to gas. I am loving it. Whirlpool being made in USA was the main factor in choosing this brand. I have bought whirlpool for years and will continue to.

Very happy with the stove. Easy to install. Nice big top to enable cooking with large pots or several pots at a time..

The first delivery ended up being the wrong stove. When the correct stove was delivered, the oven did not work properly and now that stove is being replaced.

Great looking, love the grill top to just slide pots over.

Pros - easy install, lightweight and works really well. Cons - burners clog easily and won’t light, top surface is hard to clean

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We purchased two of these Whirlpool ranges from Best Buy within the past year. The first one stopped working within 30 days, so we were able to return and replace it. However, the second unit failed after 45 days—just outside of Best Buy’s return window—leaving us stuck dealing with Whirlpool’s awful customer service. They assigned a repair company with only ONE technician for the entire island of Oahu. It took three weeks just for the first visit, and they showed up without any parts. Another three weeks later, they returned with the wrong part. Then, after yet another three weeks, the technician came back, only to tell us to call the gas company—despite the stove already being converted to propane. It’s now been over three months without a working stove, and we’re beyond frustrated.

I love the stove it has nice features and we got the stove since the one we had was old and my wife likes to bake and she loves the oven will recomend it to everyone

My only complaint it smells like gas when the oven is on and the grate to take off is pretty heavy

It’s a good store for cooking hearty meals oven is a nice size . The grate on the top eyes are a bit heavy to raise and clean the surface.

While the stovetop is fine, the oven will burn items on the lower shelves. I have a baking side hustle and I have to swap baked goods between the higher and lower shelves every few minutes. This loses valuable heat and time. Although I have My BestBuy Total and Whirlpool appliances are NOT included in this warranty, so one has to deal with Whirlpool itself. They told me the oven "is working as designed", and don't seem to understand that this is equal to "intention to produce crap and not help customers". Spend a bit more and get a better Whirlpool or - even better - stay away from this brand as the My BestBuy Total means zip.

I love this range! The extra burner/griddle allows more cooking options and, esthetically, it’s beautiful. It looks like a million bucks without having to spend that much!
