This was our second delivery of this oven. Both were damaged, the first oven's undercarriage was completely bent. The replacement had deep scratches on the surface. We still have the product because we refused to replace the oven with another exact model and are waiting for an upgrade, which Best Buy would not cover. Additionally, the cooktop does not clean well at all.

The oven door broke off this range after a little over 2 months of regular use. I am seriously still not impressed with Whirlpool. This range broke the day before thanksgiving and ruined our thanksgiving. It took over a week for whirlpool to send out a repair tech with the correct parts. I wanted to buy American, but if those is going to be my experience I will purchase another brand next time.

Range is not in good shape, not aligned to center. Delivery group were professional and on time

The storage door has very sharp edges on which I have cut myself and my wife scraped herself. Very unsafe and dangerous product for anyone who uses it. Preheating is very slow and sometimes never reaches the preset temperature. Stops 5 degrees before reaching that temperature.

Don’t buy! Stove top is very difficult to clean. The convection oven fan was broken, the stove stopped working and all the lights will not work. Had it one year.

Poor performance. The stove top "eyes" take a long time to heat up. The top is hard to keep clean. When Baking The front and stove top get extremely hot. Definitely a hazard for kids. The bake temp fluctuates and doesn't keep a consistent temp. Unfortunately nothing good to say...

Door broke within 30 days, does not keep heat, glass top does not come clean (have always had glass top stoves and this whirlpool stove is the first surface I’ve not been able to get clean), cannot see temp and timer at the same time.

Has not been installed for two years yet and everything is starting to go. Heating element does not work and error codes galore.

After 18 months the front burner went out. Going to be extremely expensive to repair if the part can be found. I do not recommend

I've had this range for over two years now, so it's been well tested and used. It's not my dream range, but that has nothing to do with the performance of the range itself. It is an efficient range. It takes about 10 minutes to pre heat to 420 degrees. The convection feature really does cook food faster and crisper, but can be a bit loud. Not obnoxiously so. My kitchen opens to my living room and I am still able to hear my television and everything else that is going on in my home with the convection fan running. I love the versatility with the burners. They can accommodate 6 different sized pots, which is something I didn't know I wanted in a range. And they heat up quickly, to not be gas ranges. To be fair I've only used the self cleaning function twice. Once with the steam self cleaning and once with regular self cleaning. I don't remember anything remarkable, which is probably why I've only used it two times in as many years. If I had one criticism it would be the storage drawer on the bottom. Compared to my previous range this one seems shallow and I wish it would pull out a little more smoothly. Other than that, this range hasn't disappointed in over 2 years.

Self cleaning doesn’t work well and produces a metal burning smell. After 4 years the burner control failed to control the heat. The oven internal temp is way far from the set temperature.

Literally. When you first turn this stove on it will smoke up your entire house. Not once. For DAYS! We had to turn this stove on for 3 hours every night, both on 450 degrees and broil, for 4 straight days for it to finally stop smoking. It was a toxic smell made worse by the fact that we bought it in December so there was no easy way to air out the house. We’ve been happy with the performance after though. Stove top gets dirty looking quickly, even when not using. but hasn’t proven too difficult to clean thus far. Have had the stove for a month at this point.

The convection oven was the selling point for me! 3 years later and I am still in love!

The oven is great so far, functionally after a month. We have pretty good frying pans & pots, but noticed how easy the glass top scratched after minimal and careful use. We owned a non-Whirlpool for over 12 years and never noticed this degree of scratching, and, it was not an issue. We were extra careful, but it still happened. Then after using the recommended cleaner, and it not working, we believed we had permanent scratches on a one month old range. Not happy. A quick internet search showed how using a paste of baking soda and water, rubbing briskly, did the trick. It did. However, for sanity sake, I called Whirlpool to ask them what they recommend and why this is an issue. After getting through the prompts, stating "Lets see how we can care for you today", I spoke to a CSR who stated a) they have no tech support at all to help with these type questions, b) since this is "cosmetic", there's nothing they can do to help, c) since the range was bought exactly 30 days ago and its after 5pm, their ability to provide care is out of the time limit. I could not believe my ears, that a $750 range purchased at BestBuy one month ago, with a known reputable name brand, was dissing me. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again for this reason alone.

After 2.5 years some of the LED's stopped working so you cant always tell the correct time or how much time is left on the timer. The whirlpool emblem fell off the front. Quality seems to going downhill fast with this brand. Issues with the other 2 appliances I purchased with this set as well in 2018.

We purchased this range 2 years ago, only use it lightly 5-6 months out of the year and the control panel is already malfunctioning creating a repair that will cost almost as much as the appliance! I might add that the refrigerator we purchased at the same time malfunctioned less than a year after our purchase. It also required a major repair but thankfully was still under warranty. We have always purchased Whirlpool in the past because of their reliability and longevity. What happened Whirlpool? I definitely can no longer recommend your appliances!
