Flimsy, not fully attached gasket. Top shows every fingerprint. Lack of detailed hard copy instruction booklet is totally annoying. I previously used a sturdy Whirlpool for about 25 years. What a difference!

The light doesn't come on when you open the oven, as it did with my other stove. The biggest drawback is that it takes a really long time for the oven to heat up. The burners take longer too. At least twice as long as my last one.

In those 4 years had been repaired 4 times by repairman in first 2 years. The steam cleaning function is a joke. The front chrome trim fell off last year and now main board shot buying new stove definitely not a Whirlpool product!

The right front element on this stove has malfunctioned so many times that Geek Squad is recommending a replacement. I have a Whirpool fridge that was purchased around the same time that has also malfunctioned but will need a full replacement out of pocket. Switching to GE.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought all new Whirlpool appliances 6 mo ago. The cook top seems to work fine. The oven takes FOREVER to pre-heat. To get to 450 degrees it takes 27-33 min. To get to 350 degrees it takes 20 min. I called Whirlpool and was told that the preheat time for 350 is anywhere from 12-17 min, so they don't see anything wrong. If they send a Serviceman out to look at it and they deem nothing is wrong I will be charged for the visit even though I'm still in my 1 year warranty.

The first time I boiled water in my kettle it ruined the finish and Whirlpool won't replace it. They should be ashamed to claim to be made in America. It used to stand for quality products and so did Whirlpool. I will never buy Whirlpool again.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this stove in November along with a refrigerator and dishwasher, the deliverymen ruined our driveway in November and as of the end of April no one is willing to repair the damage. Phone calls are unanswered and e-mails ignored. I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. Very upsetting. Save yourself grief and go to another appliance store.
