It's been almost a year with the stove & i have zero complaints thus far. I love the cook from frozen with no preheat needed. It figures the extra time needed & does great. The only con i have isn't really even noteworthy. The timer sound when it is finished is so quiet that you have to be within 20 feet to hear & the alert only goes off one time. Outside of that it has been great

My long-awaited stove came with a great delivery. I love the light that comes on when oven is opened, the glass cooktop with two large burners in the front, and the large oven. The storage drawer is fairly small, the broiler takes a long time to heat up, and there were few instructions so still not sure about some of the features . I haven’t really had to clean it much so not sure how easy that process will be. With a few minuses, the stove seems pretty decent.

On first preheat there is foul smelling smoke filling the room. No plastic or other materials inside. Installed by Best Buy. Oh deep in the manual it mentions cleaning after install to remove waxy residue. This is buried in install instructions I didn’t think I would need. Otherwise the unit is great. Stove heats up fast and evenly. Otherwise the unit is great.

The electric stove is well built but my only concern is that it is not so easy to tell where to turn the knob because there are no markings on the knob . You cannot see clearly if it is on low heat or high heat. Sometimes I need to lift the saucepan to see if the heat is on or off. It is a minor inconvenience.

Its okay. It sparked and smoke came out of it while the best buy guy installed it for us. But its been a month and nothing else happened and our house hasn't burned down yet.

I like this stove, but as others have noted, the glass top easily scratches and has blotty look after cleaning around the burners.

Just received therefore cannot give full evaluation.

Nice stove. We however weren’t happy with the delivery and installation process.
