Good oven, awful delivery and "installation"

They said they saw a bug and thus said they could not do anything else for us.

(The installers dented it while carrying it into my house and the cord that was placed over the top of it, slid off and made a deep scratch.) The front glass is not sealed, so water gets into the sides when I wipe it and I’m pretty sure food and other liquids will too as I use it more. It seems to bake at the right temperature though.
