    Delivery date got cancelled and pushed back 3 separate times and couldn’t get any answers from Best Buy. Only reason I’m leaving a star is because my wife said that the guys that brought the oven were nice

    Delivered dented and a loose screw on the inside oven botton. Redelivered a new stove. Dented again on the outside bottom and a screw at the of the oven this time from the heating elemen.

    I’ve only had this stove a couple weeks and already the stove top hot warning is stuck on 24/7 and the knobs pull right off!

    Hard to regulate oven temperature. When temp goes down it does not return to desired heat.

    This is the stove that came with our new construction home. Overall it works but oven does not read the right temp. You set it to 350, alarm goes off and says its at 350, you raise the temp to let's say 355 and it reads its only 315 inside. Bought a secondary thermometer to put in to verify and it reads the lower temp as well confirming the incorrect alert that it reached your desired cooking temperature. Also, the max temp of the oven is 500, when trying to reverse sear most recipes call for 550, but thats not a turn off point for most.

    Great stove. Bought as floor model over the phone. However when I went to pick it up, it was already wrapped up and couldn’t examine condition. When I took home, found sizable scratch on front. Price was reduced because it was floor model, but wish they had not already wrapped for pickup so I could have decided if I still wanted it with scratches on it.
