The oven is great too.I like the “Keep Warm” feature. The only negative,and it’s a small one,is the cooktop is more trouble to keep clean.I overcame that by buying and using the product Best Buy sells.

The oven heats very inconsistently. Following tried and true recipes does not produce normal results in this oven as things are consistently undercooked and require higher temps or longer cook times than necessary. We've used oven thermometers to test the temperatures and it varies greatly in different locations. 15 degrees. The oven preheat alarm sounds while the temperature inside is still 15-20 degrees off. The temperature on the range is 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature in the oven. The repairman sent by Whirlpool even adjusted the temperature on the display but the problem remains. (He was there to replace a burned out wire harness that failed within a couple of months of installation of the oven.) The glass on the range is not very hard. It already has scratches and we're meticulous cleaners to avoid that problem. Spills that touch the heated elements are one step short of impossible to remove from the glass even when using the Whirlpool prescribed Affresh cleaning solution that we purchased. It takes four or five applications and heaving scrubbing - risking scratching even when using the plastic pads included in the Affresh package. The entire experience with this appliance makes me wish we had some other brand.

Then they called me and offered to bring it back and give me a gift card because they couldn't give me an ETA on a new one. I said no and now I have a delivery appointment in 3 days for a new one. Fingers crossed that the second one isn't the same as the first one.

Not worth the money

I am getting an error message F 1 E0…why is the control board gone out in two years!!! this product is not of any quality to the buyer. It cost over $300 to repair
