I have spent the past month trying to get "Customer Service" to assist me, but they either disconnect before we can speak, or when I have finally shown them the information that they can't refute, they tell me to hold and hang up. It is unfortunate, but I am left with no other option but to file suit in small claims court to get the relief that I should receive. But, needless to say, I will never purchase from Best Buy again, and in my opinion, noone should every purchase from this company.

My thoughts on Whirlpool will never purchase another Whirlpool product. The warranty will expire before it gets fixed then I will be responsible. Don't buy Whirlpool

Decent Stove

The hot cooktop indicator does not indicate which part of the stove is hot. The drawer under the oven is very small. I will be exchanging this model for a different range.

Don't waste your money.....

Had this stove returned due to the noise and had replacement stove sent (exact model). SAME NOISE with the 2nd stove...not sure if this is a defect with these models but needless to say stove was returned. Stove looks pretty, but seems to be cheaply made.

I love the extra burner for warming--perfect to melt butter or keep bacon warm for later. The oven door is so large; ease of putting baking items in the oven.

Geek Squad was fantastic and tried to repair but kept getting sent wrong part.
