Nice range. Only complaint is that the alarms aren’t very noticeable. The preheat and time alarms are fairly quite and not repetitive. Otherwise, this is a very nice appliance!

Still getting used to the dual burners. Not sure if they all will heat on high. The top is terrible to clean, even with their recommended products. Anything burnt on stove top will be there for a while.

Our 12 year old range's main sensor died suddenly and was going to cost more than half the cost of a new range to repair. This range made a nice new replacement with more features and was delivered promptly.

We needed a new oven because a lightning strike fried our old one. We weren’t looking for anything special so the only thing we opted for was print resistant stainless steel.

I love cooking on my new stove, however it scratches very easily from the skillets and pots. It’s hard to clean the top. Oven cooks much faster than my old one. I love that I can switch the conventional on and off.

I like this oven overall. It is fast, efficient, and gets the job done. I think the oven and stove are a little complicated in terms of basic usage. Although I have mastered most of the functions.

Bought this stove with high expectations after researching different brands, reading reviews, etc. So disappointed in my purchase. It takes FOREVER (like 45 minutes) for oven to reach 375. There is only a very teeny "beep" when it does reach temperature. However, once temp is reached it does stay consistent. My major disappointment is with the glass cooktop. I have had several different brands over the years, and this is the absolute WORST to clean. On first use, it discolored one burner area, PLUS got a big scratch on the top when I placed a skillet lid on it! It smears terribly no matter what I use to clean the stovetop. Since I only have Cuisinart cookware that is designed not to scratch the surface I was really surprised at the scratch the lid made. Over the year I have been using the stove, it has gradually discolored the entire top of the stove till it looks almost like a mirror that is desilvering. What a mess. All I can say to anyone reading the reviews, look at how many complaint reviews there are for this stove as opposed to how many good reviews you can find. DON'T BUY IT!

The oven is OK. It works fine, but it needs significantly better insulation. When I'm baking in the oven, the entire ceramic rim of the top of the stove becomes hot to the touch (to the point I'm concerned my small children will get hurt). Additionally, the burner rings aren't only hot where the burner is. It warms up the surrounding area as well. And finally, because the glass top is 100% black, it seems to show EVERYTHING. I wish I could go back to my previous cooktop which had some dimensional design to it.

I LOVE MY CONVECTION OVEN!!! AND THE STOVE TOP!!!!

Doesn't seem to cook as quickly as I am used to unless using the convection setting, often having to add 5+ minutes to cook time. Maybe just a learning curve.

It took me a little while to figure out the burners, but after that it was good. I haven't used the cleaning unit yet. Seems to work well for the cost. I also haven't used the convention part.

The stove completed our appliance buying of black stainless steel . We are enjoying learning to use it and really like it. I like being able to clean after each use so it doesn't build up. It does require some elbow grease to keep it shiny.

I love the look of this appliance in my kitchen, but am concerned about the chance of putting scratches on the glass surface. Had to purchase some smooth-bottomed cookware.

Takes a little getting use to the electric glass top heating vs electrical coil type. The back where stove knobs are could be a little nicer made. It needs a more modern look.

A much more advanced stove than our last one. Will need to read the manual to get the most out of it. It smoked a bit at the start of the first use of the oven. I imagine that's normal; or maybe reading the manual should have come first.., ;)

I've had oven for month. Works well. I like having the knobs instead of buttons! I had double oven before and wasn't a fan! I feel like I'm constantly cleaning the stove top. I would like to know the best cleaning solution though..overall, happy with my purchase.

Best Buy delivery was the absolute worst, I can not in good conscience recommend anyone to purchase from them
