I enjoy the heating coil on the top and not in the bottom of the oven.

The only problem we have is the stove takes longer to get to the temperature

So far this has been an excellent product. We have had no problems with it.

Have already cooked on it and liked it, wife just wished the top could have been in white.

The first time I used the cooktop it got scratched , scuffed is probably a better word , you cant get it off and it only continues to do that with every use. I clean it and that helps somewhat . My pots are cast iron . There should be a warning to only use approved cookware or brand new cookware.

Works well. Looks good. Drawer is big enough to fit all my lids.

We purchased this to replace our old oven that was having problems, and the whole thing was a mess. First, when they came to deliver the range, we found out that the associate at Best Buy messed up and ordered the wrong color. He ordered the stainless steel one after we clearly told him we needed white to match with the rest of our kitchen. So they said they would hook up the stainless one for now, and come back to switch it with a white one latter, which we waited a little over a week for. So then they brought the right one, and the control panel died out the very next day. The stove top still worked, but with the control panel dead, we couldn't use the oven. I called the Whirlpool support line, had to wait over 40 minutes to get someone on the line, and they arranged for a technician to come out. We had to wait 5 days, which I thought was kind of a lot, but it was Christmas time so I guess I understood. So the technician came over the following Tuesday, and said that he would have to order a new control panel, and it would take until Friday. I asked if there was any chance of getting it sooner, and he said maybe Thursday, but by Friday for sure, and I got is cell phone number so we could keep in touch. I tried calling him on Thursday to see what the deal was, but he didn't answer and his voice mail was full. I tired to call him again on Friday, the day he said he would be there with new part by, and still no answer. So then I called the customer service number that Whirlpool gave me for the service company that he works for (Diamond Factory Services). I got through to a lady, and asked when this guy would be coming. She said that the part just came in that day, but there was nothing scheduled for anyone to come to my place that day, and that the soonest anyone could get there was the following week on Thursday. This is where I finally snapped. The guy was supposed to be there with the new part on that day, and I told this lady they either need to fix it today or they just come take there stupid oven back and pay us back the money we spent. She said we have to go back to the store for a refund, but she would have the part sent back and cancel the appointment. So we went back to Best Buy, talked to a manager, and he arranged to have it swapped out with another one the following Wednesday. At least it was one day sooner than if we would have waited for the repair guy, but we probably should have just went back there to begin with. So far the new oven seems alright, but I am not happy with Whirlpool. When some orders a new appliance, and it has a major problem the very next day, the company should be right on top of things, not making people wait this long. Below it asks whether I would recommend this product to a friend. Well, not only do I not recommend this product, but I do not recommend appliances from Whirlpool at all. They are just not on there game with defective products.

Nice stove for the price, looks good. Does not have self-cleaning.
