The best range I’m have nice product five stars always

I haven’t had it a year and the cooktop scratches very easily, my last cooktop didn’t scratch like this one does, a lot harder to keep the top clean too.

Out of the box find a two dents on one side delivery take pictures and make notes of the dent and never call about this problem I wait two weeks and still waiting

Works well. The only thing I don't like is the back burners are not as hot as the front.

the stove is a good product, however the bottom part is flimsy, constantly falling off track. What's the point of using it except for to store pots and pans

Imagined Whirlpool Name would bring renowned quality and workmanship. However, this stove top has some maintenance and quality control issues. Had the Unit for about 3 weeks and it already was full of kinks and operational issues. The Bottom drawl does not open correctly and gets jammed. Most importantly as suggested by Whirlpool instructions to not use and baking sheets nor aluminum foil inside the oven should of been cautioned to include any place near or on top of the cook-top surfaces also. After a barbecue, I had some tin foil near the kitchen counter-tops adjacent to the exterior burner, and it burned the corner of the foil and stained the surface and Will Not scrape off. Brand New Whirlpool Stove range now looks terrible and older than the Unit I tossed out! Needless to say Nor BB nor Whirlpool will stand behind their Product!

Very nice style, bakes well only down fall top burners difficult to clean

Works well enough but the shiny black cook surface shows every speck of dust not to mention anything getting burned on it. I can't even walk by it without it getting dirty. If I dry my hands on the dishtowel hanging on the oven door the black cook surface looks like it's been sprayed with water and lint!

i've had just over a year, and the oven will not heat up now. i called customer service, but they are closed for the holidays, much like their products apparantly.

Very good unit, however very poor stainless steel finish on door.

Just over one year after purchasing this stove the oven has stopped working. Don't recommend buying Whirlpool products.

First time I have ever experienced a continuous squeak coming from the bake cycle of any electric range. Very disappointed with the performance of a new range -- not once but twice.

Haven't had this range 2 years yet and already broken. I rarely use it so it's not from over use. Very disappointing considering how much it cost. Will never buy whirlpool anything ever again.

Absolutely horrible machine. Bottom line is Whirlpool is a very low quality brand and getting service from Best Buy is like taking food out of a lion's mouth

This oven is so much better than our old Samsung oven that caught on fire right after the manufacturers warranty expired. I LOVE how this oven does not get hot on the front of it when the oven is on, so no worries about my toddler burning himself. The oven also seems to preheat quickly. The range works great as well. Some small Cons I see is when something is cooking in the oven, the oven makes weird popping noises. I saw another reviewer mentioned this so I'm assuming it's just how it is. I also am not a huge fan of the timer when it goes off - it isn't very loud and it only sounds out 2 times. I prefer loud timers that keep going until I turn them off. Also, these newer shiny cooktops are a pain to keep clean but it seems all manufacturers are making them this way nowadays so you can't really avoid that.

Thanks for the gift card. Dents do not show. I am still getting used to the cooktop. It easier to clean up than my other stove. Preheat on oven is fast.
