Faulty electrical panel - do not buy

I bought this oven in Oct of 2025 and within a week the electric panel that controls all of the oven settings kept erroring out, saying a button was stuck. This error turns off the entire oven and you can only reset the panel by leaving the oven unplugged for 24 hours. I had the panel replaced and it instantly began throwing the same error. Best Buy refuses to replace the oven for me, even though it does not work. The electric panel on this model is obviously flawed, it’s too close to the burners so if it gets any sort of liquid on it it affects the functionality of the panel. I would never recommend this oven or buying an appliance from Best Buy due to their return policies.

Almost 2 more months later the replacement arm and it was also damaged, I don’t want to wait for another stove so I kept this one. Customer service swore up and down they would email on a discount but alas a week later and nothing. I was promised $100 gift card due to the delay and nothing. I guess they don’t care about customers. Too big to fail we shall see. I

We returned this stove and have ended up with a range we like very much. People could not have been more courteous and helpful. I buy all our appliances at B Buy and Max was a dear man to help me!!!
