Smart technologies allows me to heat up my oven on my way home from work and monitor baking from my phone in another room. Best Buy staff were wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

Love the choice of burner sizes for varies size pots. Easy to control size of the burner flame with very smooth operation of the knobs.

Nice Range, but has many bugs!!!

They have tons of bugs in the software that runs the unit and display on the oven. It often won't connect to WiFi. Occasionally, when I clean the surface with the display off, it will go berserk and the only way to recover to pull the over out and restart the device. I have also had even more issue with the similar microwave oven. Almost everything has been replaced on it. Because these are software issues, none of that has helped with the issue. It makes sense... You cannot count on an appliance company to write software. This stuff is all too new and they don't have the experience to do this.
