Very nice color and matched with our cabinets color and is very easy to use. I love gas instead of electric, and the taste of the food is way a lot better. I recommend these kitchens since they are easy to use and food is ready like no other! Definitely the color is nice and the use.

Just got the unit and it looks beautiful. Everything seems to be OK except the center burner doesn’t really look right. The flame comes up as a big blob so I don’t know if it’s a defect or what. But I don’t like it.

I love the oven but the black stainless shows scratches and seems difficult to clean. I love the assisted cooking and convection options. I also love the sleekness. Would not recommend for a home with small children though as the knobs are accessible to toddlers. I love that it is in sync with my phone and let’s me know when it is preheated, done cooking, etc. not very happy with the self-cleaning option.

We are pleased with this purchase so far. Everything functioning as expected. We had to replace our old gas range 'under the gun' 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Oven and stove top work fine. Had to get the WiFi connected version in order to get 'no fingerprint' stainless steel. Haven't set up the WiFi connection yet. Looking forward to trying it out. New range is a little deeper that old range, make sure you consider the depth when replacing a slide in.

Love this kitcen range, bought it under discount! I used to have full fire with the electric range. Now I am using the small fire to cook and even faster than the full electric power. -1 start for the damaged when delivery.

We were due for appliance upgrade after 20 years with an old electric stove. This is a great appliance. We love almost everything about it. Burners get nice and hot but are easily adjustable, griddle pan is wonderful and the oven has cooked everything I've thrown at it perfectly. The only two minor annoyances-I have accidentally shut the oven cycle off by wiping the control panel while in the middle of a bake cycle-a lock control while in the middle of cooking might be helpful and the steam clean oven feature seems pretty worthless. Even with the small amount of dirt after just a few months of use and it barely did anything.

Very disappointed in this purchase. The touch screen that manages the oven temperature is highly sensitive and freezes often, requiring you to turn the electricity off at the breaker (basically, it's like restarting your computer every time the oven control freezes). The oven itself heats at about 25 degrees (F) too high and burns food when set to the proper temperature. The range top is great, but that is about the only component that works well. Unfortunately, these issues only became clear after the 15 day "warranty" period, and I'm stuck working through Whirlpool to try and get my brand new oven fixed. If you want an oven that's controlled by what feels like a 90s-era computer, this is your appliance.

I love the style of it, especially the 5 burners on the stove top. The oven works great too with many features including convection bake/roast. The oven controls are touch screen and are very sensitive to touch. I frequently have to clean or wipe down the panel that contains the touch controls and wiping over the touch pad seems to make future use of the touch controls very difficult. And sometimes, I won't even touch any of the controls at all, yet something has been triggered. Not sure what to do about this yet.

Discolored Grates

Purchased 9/11/19 and delivered 10/30/20. Purchased as part of remodeling project. Appliances were set aside for periods of time, while kitchen was being worked on (Flooring, painting, cabinets, counters). After like the 3rd use, the grates discolored (gray/white, like charcoal when it burns). No cleaning products were used. Only used water and dish soap after I noticed the discoloration. This sat in the back of mind as the remodeling has consumed us over the last 3 to 4 months. I finally made it a point to call and inquire if this is normal. Whirlpool's solution was to purchase new ones due to them only offering a 30 day satisfaction from purchase date. My sister in-law purchased a Samsung range months before me and her grates still look great. She even cooks a lot more than I do and for lack of better words, is not gentle with her appliances. I'm disappointed in the quality of the grates, which make it look old and abused and even more disappointed in their solution. Why would I spend more money and risk it happening again

We are loving the smart features of our new oven and the long burner in the middle!! We can be in car and use our auto Alexa on the way home and ask the oven to preheat. We do use the app as well to program it to do certain things. i.e. Our favorite pork tenderloin recipes has us cook it for 475 for 30 minutes and then turn it down to 425 for an hour, with the app we are able to get it to do all of that without having to walk back to the oven once we put it in. It's amazing!

Great looking stove, bought this for my new home. Like other reviews, the top panel is touchy but there is a lock you can turn on when cleaning. Did freeze once and had to turn power off to reset lock, but overall, happy with it.

The gas range works well, and the range is easy to clean. This is a good quality range that is easy to hook up to the internet. It has a display screen that is easy to use. I especially like the graphic for when the oven is on, which is an animated flame.

This is a huge upgrade from my last whirlpool range. Lots of useful features including a center griddle. My wife loves the whirlpool app. The convention oven baked our Christmas cookies to perfection. I would highly recommend this product.

Nice looking and compact footprint. Easy controls and menu through a simplified interface. There is one issue with the control panel - it is sensitive and responds to accidental touch and movements while cooking and cleaning

Like my new oven but the electronics quit within a few months and thankful for warranty. Repaired within a week but that meant no oven for a week. The front jobs are so sensitive a light brush turns on the gas unnoticed. Have come in after several hours and smell gas. Not safe. And high gas bill for nothing. Kind of miss the old models without all the bells and whistles.
